This man and a supposed pregnant woman and a little girl of like 5yrs old came to lodge yesterday. So this morning when everyone got busy, the woman jump the fence which link to the event center and carried the TV place at the view center of the hotel, so this man and the little children walk through the main door and gather. According to him, the woman throw the TV to him through the fence and was successful in the act until a man in the neighborhood saw him and challenge him but so he could escape the man he begiyto run and walk fast but unfortunately for him the small girl delay him and that's how the neighborhood gather and run after him before he could get the next available bike or Keke. They brought him back to the hotel and guys were ready to actually k!ll him but for the angwa elder they were not give the chance to perform their enterprise, he denied at first but when beating hit him he said they should forgive him that he has fvcked up that his intentions is to is to sell the TV and use it to feed his family. Surprising he has a phone, power bank and even paid for the lodge so you will know he was lying and he has been in the business for long, the woman after seeing what happened escape from where she was hiding. Will it be a simple coronation of the “King of the North” Andy Burnham or will there be a genuine contest with Wes Streeting. And is the process fair and right. Today, Stephen Bates has been sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 18 years after being found guilty of murdering Martin O’Donovan in April. On a night where Martin’s family were celebrating his mother’s 70th birthday, Bates was heavily intoxicated, and people intervened to prevent him from driving. Bates returned to the scene in his car, using it as a weapon to fatally injure 47-year-old Martin who was sitting outside the house. Martin was seriously injured after the car was driven at him on Stonyhurst Road. Emergency services attended the scene, and Martin was taken to hospital, but he sadly died from his injuries. The video footage shows Bates, 42, of Herondale Road, Mossley Hill, in his car moments before he murdered Martin, his 999 call to the police and his arrest. Following Bates’ sentencing, we are issuing the following words from Martin’s family, who describe him as a “kind, intelligent, generous and deeply loved man” ❤️ "Martin was a kind, intelligent, generous and deeply loved man. I never understood the black obsession with representation in anime. It's a Japanese genre 🤷‍♂️. Why can't black people create their own anime studio and make their own anime? I remember Sony Pictures, a Japanese-owned movie studio, fought to cast Will Smith and Martin Lawrence in Bad Boys, while other studios wanted Dana Carvey and Jon Lovitz instead. I think Will Smith and Martin Lawrence were right for the parts, and Sony did the right thing. Most blacks these days want representation for the sake of representation... in JAPANESE anime.

The Yankees made the right decision in keeping Paul Goldschmidt. Especially with Giancarlo Stanton out. He has a .914 OPS and 154 wRC+ on the year. They absolutely needed to bring him back. A veteran bench presence of his caliber was a no-brainer. At worst, if he were bad, it would be easy to cut him, but thankfully, he’s been really awesome to start 2026.

There are many factors that influence the state in terms of governance and stability. I want to make it clear that the officials agreed with the President on his approach, he took us into confidence and explained the factors that led him to make that particular pronouncement. We believe that the President did the right thing in pronouncing in the best interest of South Africa that he will not be resigning. There was nothing in terms of the judgment that warranted the President to resign it was just mere calls made by individuals and political parties that wanted to throw our country into a state of turmoil, uncertainty and anxiety. So it was imperative that he focus on that. It was correct for him to tell the country that from where he is standing there is nothing in the judgement that states he has done any wrongdoing and what he is going to do with the options in front of him and he has made this public. The President will take the Section 89 Report on review based on the outcome of the judgment and the legal advice he has received. There are no daggers out for the President to resign just opportunistic elements. These elements do not know what they want, they want to impeach and want him to resign, they do know what they actually want. The veracity of the report has not been tested in any committee so they don’t have a basis for the President to resign.
