ComfyUI can now split a flat image into separate editable layers and hand you a PSD that opens straight in Photoshop. Thanks to Node 2.0. The new layer nodes come from Terry (jtydhr88) on our frontend team. A compositor editor is right in the graph, so you can arrange everything before you ever leave ComfyUI. How it works: - Run the Seedream 5.0 layer separation template in Comfy Cloud - Add multiple images into the layers - Arrange and composite them in the editor - Export every layer to a PSD and keep editing in Photoshop Built on nodes 2.0.

Support for simultaneous output of multiple layers - original, mask, normal maps, lineart 2. Performance improvements - rendering only occurs when the mouse is over the node 3. UI changes - using menus to manage the buttons in the top left corner 4. UI changes - temporarily removed depth mode from material options 5. Many backend code changes. #ComfyUI

Here is a breakdown (kind of) how I did this effect for live2d Vtuber model art. I’ve drawn the lips, you would have to separate top and bottom though and added a cyan layer which will be my mask and the mask for the rigger to clip on. Then I added a shiny add layer on top and used the cyan layer as a mask, just to test the effect in procreate, you would have to delete the black/white procreate mask for the rigger because this can cause issues. If you have any questions feels free to ask. 💕
