‼️🇺🇦🚀 Ukraine’s future FP-9 Pelikan could become one of the most powerful weapons in Kyiv’s domestically produced long-range strike arsenal, combining ballistic speed with a massive warhead designed to destroy heavily protected targets deep inside Russia. Developed by Ukrainian defense company Fire Point, the FP-9 is designed for a range of up to 855 km, with an 800-kg warhead and claimed accuracy of around 20 meters. The missile is expected to reach speeds of approximately 2,200 m/s and altitudes of up to 70 km, making interception significantly more demanding than with conventional cruise missiles. If Fire Point succeeds in moving the FP-9 into serial production at meaningful scale, Ukraine would gain an independent ballistic strike capability capable of threatening Russian airfields, command centers, ammunition depots and military-industrial facilities hundreds of kilometers beyond the frontline. More importantly, unlike Western-supplied missiles, a domestically produced system would leave Kyiv with far greater freedom over where and how its long-range weapons are employed. ‼️ Ukraine’s Fire Point company says it is moving to the next stage of testing its new FP-7 ballistic missile, including test strikes against targets in Russia. Chief designer of Fire Point company Denys Shtilierman Denys Shtilierman on the FP-7 ballistic missile: ▪️ FP-7 is an analog of the American ATACMS missile, but costs about half as much; ▪️ Range: up to 300 km, depending on the weight of the warhead; ▪️ The missile, based on the 48N6 used in the S-400 air defense system, features a modernized airframe and new electronics; ▪️ The launcher is simplified and built on a standard trailer, allowing for quick launches and easier concealment of the system; ▪️ Fire Point manufactures all components itself - from engines to the flight controller - while the warhead is manufactured externally on order; ▪️ Production begins even before official codification in order to avoid delays in the number of units produced. The company is also developing a new FP-9 ballistic missile with a range of up to 850 km, which would allow Ukraine to strike targets inside Russia that were previously out of reach. 📹: Channel 24

Ukraine’s FP-9 ballistic missile, capable of reaching Moscow, could be ready for launch by late autumn - Fire Point CEO Iryna Terekh "The FP-7 short-range ballistic missile (300 km) is already ready and is undergoing codification. The FP-9 long-range ballistic missile (850 km) is also, you could say, in the final stage. But the final stage still involves a series of tests," Iryna Terekh added. 📹: FEDORIV VLOG

🚨🇺🇦🚀 BIG | Ukraine's missile industry is entering a new phase with longer-range weapons and a new European-backed missile defense program. New developments suggest Kyiv is rapidly expanding both its offensive strike capabilities and its ability to defend against ballistic missile attacks. According to Fire Point CEO Iryna Terekh, Ukraine's Sapsan ballistic missile has recently undergone significant modernization, achieving its first major improvements in precision. At the same time, Fire Point has reached agreements with 13 European defense companies to jointly develop the Freyja ballistic missile defense system. Speaking to Reuters, Terekh said the project aims to achieve its first successful ballistic missile interception by mid-2027. The interceptor is expected to cost less than €1 million per missile, making it significantly cheaper than comparable Patriot interceptors. Norway's Kongsberg is developing the command-and-control system, while discussions continue with Germany's Diehl Defence to integrate its missile guidance technology. Fire Point also revealed that its FP7 ballistic missile is in the final stage of certification by Ukraine's Ministry of Defense and is expected to enter combat service in early autumn. The larger FP9 ballistic missile, which the company says will have the range to strike Moscow, is scheduled to be fully operational by late autumn. The announcements underline Ukraine's accelerating push to build a domestic missile industry capable of strengthening both its strategic strike capability and its long-term air and missile defense with growing support from Europe's defense sector. 🚨🇺🇦🚀 Fire Point says it is actively testing its longer-range FP-9 ballistic missile, with the weapon now in the flight-test phase. According to Fire Point CEO Iryna Terekh, the missile’s extended range means future military testing could potentially continue through use against Russian targets on Russian territory. The statement suggests the program is moving beyond early development toward operationally relevant trials. 🔥 If FP-9 progresses successfully, it could significantly expand Ukraine’s domestically produced long-range strike options. A Ukrainian ballistic system would add a faster and harder-to-intercept layer to Kyiv’s deep-strike arsenal, complementing cruise missiles and long-range drones while reducing dependence on foreign-supplied weapons.

Ukraine's Flamingo FP-5 Missile production is 7 Cruise Missiles per day. 7 a day was the production capacity back in October, I suspect that there are atleast over 462 FP5's ready to use. Due to delays with TERCOM which is being resolved. Stockpiles are building. We will soon see FP-5's going 3,000km into Russia with 1150kg warheads that are 250% the explosive power of US Tomahawks and British Storm Shadows. 💃🕺👯‍♂️Enjoy the video and Happy Friday👯🕺💃 👯‍♂️👯‍♂️👯‍♂️👯‍♂️💃PS Russia Is Fucked🕺👯‍♂️👯‍♂️👯‍♂️

Key statements by chief designer of Fire Point company Denys Shtilerman Denys Shtilierman on the Ukrainian FP-7 and FP-9 ballistic missiles: ▪️ The FP-7 ballistic missile will soon be tested against targets in Russia. ▪️ A clone of the S-300 missile has been developed for existing launchers. After integration with radar systems - a complex process - it could form the basis of an anti-ballistic shield under the Freya project. ▪️ The missiles are cheaper than the original S-300 due to simplification and the use of new manufacturing technologies. ▪️ The missile can also be used as a cheaper analogue of ATACMS. This is how the FP-7 missile with a range of up to 300 km, depending on the warhead, was developed. ▪️ The FP-7 warhead is expected to be larger than that of ATACMS, while the missile itself will cost 2.5 times less. ▪️ The developers say they are ready to produce as many FP-7 missiles as ordered. Unlike Flamingo, which currently faces engine production issues, FP-7 has no manufacturing bottlenecks. ▪️ Combat use of the FP-7 is expected to begin before summer. ▪️ The longer-range FP-9 ballistic missile is also intended, among other things, for strikes on Moscow - according to the developers, attacks on provincial targets do not impress Russia’s top leadership. ▪️ Tests of the FP-9 are expected to begin in early summer. The engine is currently being finalized. The missile’s range is up to 800 km. ▪️ FP-9 will be difficult to intercept: the speed of the Iskander-M is about 800 m/s, while FP-9 is expected to reach 1200 m/s. ▪️ The goal is for 25% of the missiles to penetrate Moscow’s air defenses and hit their targets. Cruise missiles and drones cannot reach targets in Moscow because they are intercepted. ▪️ Our luck is that in Russia the cost of missile production is inflated several times over because of theft.
