this doesnt seem to work. I installed the c# and typescript/javascript and also isntalled the related servers on the system but claude fails to use the LSP's

There's surprisingly no LSP (Language Server Protocol) support for Kotlin and Java.

Hope they will soon fix lsp in the latest version. I don't want to downgrade to 2.0.67 😤

With 2.0.76 it is not working. As @bcherny confirm on GitHub that it is fixed. Please ask someone to release the fix. It is difficult to work with older versions.

the "instant diagnostics" part is quietly doing more work than most devs realize. how's it handling stuff like monorepos or weird project structures?

Fr some reason claude don't want to use LSP unless I mention it in the prompt. I tried to mention it in the CLAUDEmd fine but still the agent wasn't using this server. Do you have any tips?

Why not just neovim? Feels like the AI is basically integrating neovim features, the more it includes the better it looks

Heads up: LSP in Claude Code 2.0.74+ is broken. LspServerManager.initialize() never loads servers from plugins. Multiple GitHub issues open (#15168, #15836, #16214). Plugin installs fine but always returns "No LSP server available". Waiting for official fix 🐛
