@rorysutherland When I was an engineering student, they brought us to the top floor of a five story building, put blindfolds on us, and told us to leave the building. We had to go down stairs or elevators we had just come up, but without seeing. Rory is just an engineer who talks about marketing

@rorysutherland This is also the theory of designing for edge cases on the bell curve as the encompass most of the bell If you can satisfy the outliers, the mass will be happy too

@rorysutherland One of the major supermarkets should take ethics up. Have a 'design area' for products for the disabled. A useful USP.
