gonna start doing this so I can have arms like u

For arms do the same kind of thing but with bicep exercises. So go till failure with any arm exercise and then immediately do as many reps as you can do with a lower weight. (Usually I about do about half the original set’s weight)

Every set of mine regardless of body part I go to failure and do drop sets! So if I’m curling 45s then after I do that to failure I immediately grab like 20s and do a few of those. Pushups are just easier after a bench press than lowering the weight haha
