After the electronic health record program was nearly dormant for almost two years under the previous Administration, we've made it a priority. America’s Veterans deserve a medical records system that’s integrated across all VA and DOD components.

And easily shared with outside physicians I hope...for those of us with co-insurance options

Husband denied for a presumptive dx related to burn pits. Were for you @SecVetAffairs! But you’ve still got VBA staff denying claims just to get them off their caseload.

This could have been done in a few years. How long has the VA been funding this boondoggle??? This is what's wrong with the federal government when they do things. Nobody is ever held accountable.

Can we make it so veterans do not have to jump through hoops to get disability? I thought jumping out of low flying equipment causing issues to the body wouldn't have to fight so dang hard

Thanks @SecVetAffairs this is the fastest it’s been in 10 years!

Can you teach Maryland VA employees how to use a fax machine? Also maybe the VA should be calling veterans for care in the community. I should not have to track down what my referral status is. Been waiting 5 months for CITC.

Thanks to those e-records, I discovered the ENT Docs at West LA tried to blame ME for their falure to try to re-set my jaw after a traffic accident. Then they cancelled a 4th useless ENT appointment because of the Covid shutdowns. We Veterans need Accountabilty from the VA!

Make the Veteran Affairs Run Efficiently! I can't say, AGAIN, because it has always been terrible.

It's amazing because the VA cannot or will not find ANY of my papers service/health records via the Disability/Pension claim process. When I ask anyone/everyone I get no answer just gibberish if they bothered to get my records during the process.

How about a method to upload medical records from outside the VA? I have found the current process to be impossible with no help from anyone in the VA.
