Here’s what we’re expecting on this test flight: • Second flight of the new V3 Starship and Super Heavy booster, incorporating upgrades and lessons from Flight 12 • First test deployment of next-generation Starlink V3 satellites • Continued evaluation of the improved heat shield and reentry performance • Controlled splashdown of the upper stage in the Indian Ocean • Further testing of the new launch infrastructure at Starbase This flight is primarily focused on validating the V3 design and building operational confidence.
