Age 58, carnivore 9th year! Getting faster (Timed using Freelap)

64, 6th year carnivore and cut 10 minute off my 30 mile off road mountain bike ride today. Fastest time yet and I know i have more in me.

Spent all night sitting in a fire truck babysitting downed power wires. All the carb eaters were starving by morning. The carnivore, 55 year old me, was perfectly fine without eating.
