And since “that dance style is my favorite dance style”, I naturally wanted to do better, which led me to use various expressions. I drew from my internal database. I’ve compiled different expressions from watching different videos, and I use them when needed. But I really feel it more during the performance. I can see which parts of my dance are lacking, so I work on improving those areas for the next stage and keep refining them with each performance.

I don't have a chance to talk about it a lot, but I love Chinese culture and I've been practicing traditional Chinese martial arts for over 10 years. I just won silver in a martial arts competition for a stick form, so I thought I'd share the video with you.
