@ma2bd @dannygreene was always skeptical when chains said ''we scale'' until i saw @linera_io. most of them scale humans but its feels built for agents from the start. microchains just make sense if you think ai is the next big user base. faster sync & faster decisions

The BEST prompt for AI agents I've heard over the last 12 months is ONLY 3 words, and it comes from someone who managed multi-billion dollar P&Ls in AI, led a 100 person org at AWS, and now runs a brilliant AI workforce of 34 agents: 1. Her best prompt is just "do smart things" She gives the agents all her context first, her calendar, email, Stripe, goals, and transcripts, then lets them decide what's worth doing. She realized every task still started as a thought in her own head, which meant the company could only ever be as good as what she remembered to ask for. 2. Her human team talks to her agents in Slack. She has a channel where a teammate can ask "did that financial services client reply to Ali's email," and the agents answer directly, so people stop waiting hours for her to get back to them. 3. Since an AI agent costs almost nothing, she hired the person she'd never put on payroll. One does nothing but ask how to make everything ten times better. Another just watches the other agents work and flags where they get stuck. 4. She avoids old job titles, because the second you call one your CMO, you've rebuilt a 2015 company with robots. Most of her sub-agents run on cheaper, smaller models and do the job fine. 5. Run an AI watchdog instead of a dashboard. Point one at your Slack to catch two people doing the same work, at your calendar to flag conflicts, at your analytics to tell you what to post tomorrow. Almost nobody does this yet. 6. She keeps a daily "brain dump" that feeds the agents. At the end of each day she dictates what's in her head that isn't written down anywhere, the stuff that only lived in a meeting or a Slack thread, and it goes into a wiki the agents read. That's how they get the context that email and calendar miss. 7. She uses a "last 30 days" research skill to spin up on anything fast. Before running a workshop for 200 execs in an industry she doesn't know, she fans out agents to scan and synthesize the last month of news, then walks in sounding like she's followed it for years. That's my convo with Allie K. Miller on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 . Pretty much her biggest tips for using AI agents. Full episode below. Happy building, I'm rooting for you.

What a year. 🚀 2025 was the year ChainOpera AI turned vision into real momentum: building a community-co-created, community-co-owned AI agent network and pushing the boundaries of what decentralized, collaborative intelligence can look like. 🚀 Biggest highlights from 2025 ✅- AI Terminal officially launched: We unveiled the ChainOpera AI Terminal as a unified gateway to decentralized AI, making it possible for anyone to interact with powerful, decentralized LLMs without technical friction. Positioned as the “browser for the DeAI era,” the AI Terminal marked a major step toward making decentralized intelligence accessible, usable, and mainstream. ✅- AI Terminal adoption at massive scale: Momentum followed quickly. The AI Terminal surpassed 2M registered users and consistently ranked top 3 among all apps on the BNB AI DappBay, validating strong product–market fit and real, sustained usage at scale. ✅- Announcing Coco: the world’s first community-owned Super Agent: We introduced Coco, the intelligence layer that sits between users and the agent network. Coco dynamically routes each request to the most efficient, community-built agent—optimizing for quality and speed while rewarding the creators behind the best-performing agents. This was a defining moment in realizing a truly community-owned intelligence layer. ✅- From agents to a living agent network: With the launch of the Agent Social Network and Super Agent architecture, ChainOpera AI moved beyond isolated agents toward a collaborative system where humans and specialized agents coordinate, share context, and solve complex, multi-step tasks together. ✅- $COAI breakout year: The listing of $COAI across major exchanges shocked the market, and throughout the year COAI consistently remained among the top AI-native crypto tokens by visibility, activity, and community engagement – reflecting growing confidence in the long-term vision of collaborative intelligence. ✅- Global presence: ChainOpera AI around-the-world tour: ChainOpera AI went global in 2025, sponsoring and participating in major AI and Web3 events across North America, Europe, and Asia, including ETHDenver, Consensus Toronto, Token2049 Singapore, ETHCC, SBC, and Devcon. These global touchpoints helped us engage directly with developers, builders, investors, and partners worldwide, accelerating adoption and positioning ChainOpera AI at the center of the emerging AIxBlockchain movement. ✅- Community momentum at scale: Community remained the heart of ChainOpera AI’s growth. We successfully completed three seasons of structured community engagement, executed a widely participated community airdrop, and ran multiple ecosystem-shaping campaigns to incentivize builders, creators, and early adopters. These efforts strengthened alignment between users, developers, and the protocol, laying the foundation for a durable, community-owned AI ecosystem. ✅- “AI for Markets” taking shape: We laid critical groundwork for AI-native market intelligence, including the launch of PrediMarket Agent and multiple trading and analysis agents—early building blocks toward an AI-driven ecosystem for crypto and DeFi markets. ✅- Building in public, with the community: Across product launches, research milestones, ecosystem discussions, and global events, we continued to build openly to bring developers, users, and partners directly into the evolution of ChainOpera AI. This year also marked the launch of the ChainOpera AI Foundation website, formally kicking off a bold Ecosystem Fund designed to empower builders, incubate high-impact projects, and accelerate the growth of a truly community-owned, collaborative AI ecosystem. To every builder, user, and supporter who helped make this year possible: THANK YOU! 🧭 What we’re excited about in the coming year 🔹- A Stronger, Denser Agent Economy (everyday adoption + cross-chain reach): In 2026, we are scaling the Agent Economy from growth to daily usage, with more agents, richer workflows, deeper multi-agent collaboration, and higher-impact use cases that users rely on every day. In parallel, we are expanding the agent network beyond a single ecosystem with cross-chain execution and interoperability, allowing agents to access the best liquidity, data, and opportunities wherever they exist. 🔹- AI Market Infrastructure Evolution: Building on PrediMarket Agent and our growing suite of trading and market-intelligence agents, we are advancing toward a mature AI market infrastructure, where agents continuously monitor, reason, simulate, optimize, and act across crypto, DeFi, and beyond. The goal is to make complex markets more accessible, more transparent, and more intelligence-driven, turning research, decision-making, and execution into a fast and reliable loop for everyday users. 🔹- Ecosystem Acceleration through the Foundation: With the ChainOpera AI Foundation and our Ecosystem Fund and Co-Creation Grants, we are doubling down on empowering independent builders to expand the protocol, the agent network, and the underlying infrastructure, so the community can co-create, co-own, and scale the ecosystem together. 🔹- Business Expansion and Market Penetration: In 2026, we will focus on expanding ChainOpera’s reach through strategic partnerships, product-led growth, and new paths to monetization, bringing AI agents to a broader global user base and driving sustained adoption, engagement, and revenue, while staying aligned with community ownership and an open ecosystem. 2025 was the proof. 2026 is where it compounds. 🔥 Co-Create. 🔥 $KATA FAM! 🔥 Soon I’ll finally reveal the new AI Ecosystem Platform I’ve been building for $KATA! 😍 Here’s the reason why I’ve been so quiet lately: I’ve been building a new AI Ecosystem Platform for $KATA. This platform comes with truly next-level utility for $KATA holders, including exclusive benefits, new opportunities, additional utility, burns, and a bridge between Web2 and Web3 users. As I'm fully committed to this project and this community, I simply can't stop building. 😅 What excites me most is the potential. If executed the way I envision it, this platform could bring entirely new possibilities to the $KATA ecosystem and expose the token to audiences far beyond the traditional crypto space. Honestly, it’s something I could barely imagine myself when I first started working on it back in 2024. AI was already evolving fast, and that’s when the first ideas came to life. Due to work and other commitments, I had to put it aside for a while. 💪 But for the past few months, I’ve been back at it with relentless focus. And now... it’s finally starting to become real. AI is moving faster than ever, adoption is exploding worldwide, and I genuinely believe we're still in the very early stages of what's coming. Here is the first benefit I'm revealing: ⚔️ Hold $KATA and gain access to the ability to resell platform credits to end users, creating a bridge between the $KATA ecosystem and mainstream Web2 users. This means a seamless connection between Web2 and Web3, while introducing $KATA to an audience far beyond the traditional crypto space. To the best of my knowledge, no AI ecosystem has implemented a model quite like this before. Similar concepts have become massive revenue drivers in Web2, powering entire businesses and ecosystems. Bringing that concept into AI and Web3 opens up possibilities that I'm incredibly excited about. If everything comes together the way I envision it, this could become far bigger than I originally imagined—not just for $KATA, but for everyone who has been supporting and building this ecosystem from the very beginning. That's also one of the reasons I've been so quiet lately. I genuinely want to see $KATA grow and succeed, and I've been putting everything I have into making that happen. Most days I'm working until 5 or 6 a.m., and sometimes barely sleeping because I want to push this as far as I possibly can. 🫡 No worries though—the game remains 100% the priority. We'll continue improving and polishing everything that needs attention. As many of you know, I'm not personally the UE5 game developer, which allows me to focus heavily on expanding the ecosystem while development continues. I think within the next 1–2 weeks we'll have a much clearer picture of the progress and fixes. 🙂 👀⚔️ Let's make $KATA huge again fam! I'll reveal another holder benefit every day until the final reveal. 🤭 And yes... the video was made using AI one of the reasons for the Plattform! Stay tuned, FAM!

Today, I had the privilege of speaking to the HUMAIN team at our CEO Townhall. I often say this, and I mean it deeply: I am living my dream... working in a country where energy goes beyond oil. It’s in the people, the ambition, and the belief in building a better future. Saudi Arabia is unlike anywhere else. The hospitality is second to none. The vision is bold. And the commitment to shaping the future is real. What we are building at HUMAIN is foundational. We are not only participating in the AI era, but redefining it. Shifting the narrative from experimentation to real value creation. But more importantly, we are not afraid to challenge what an organization should look like in an AI-native world. In fact, we are pioneering it. We are actively reshaping how we work: - Moving toward a future where AI agents do the work - Empowering our people to focus on high-value thinking, creativity, and decision-making - Building strong foundations in security, governance, and guardrails - Continuously enhancing our models, systems, and operating frameworks This is not theory. This is happening now. What I saw today from our teams gives me absolute confidence: - Products that are not just innovative, but game-changing - Teams building at a speed and quality that challenge global norms - A culture focused on execution, ownership, and impact At #LEAP2026 this year, we will go beyond vision. We will show: Real demos. Real products. Some of them are a first of their kind in the world. And they are built right here in Saudi Arabia. I could not be more proud of this team. What they have accomplished in such a short time is remarkable. This is just the beginning. The future is not something we wait for. It’s something we build. #HUMAIN #LEAP #TheEndOfLimits #AI

Voice AI turn taking is a solved problem. The single most common complaint about voice AI, today, is that agents interrupt too often. But the voice agents I build for myself now respond quickly and interrupt me less often than the people I talk to every day. (I actually measured this.) Mark Backman made a Pipecat AI PR two weeks ago that was the last piece of the puzzle for turn taking so good that I no longer ever think about it. The approach combines three layers of processing: 1. Voice activity detection, with a short (200ms) trigger. 2. A native audio turn detection model that's small, fast, and runs on CPU. This model captures audio nuances like inflection and filler sounds that don't get transcribed. 3. A prompt mixin for the conversation LLM that decides turn completion based on conversation context. None of these are new. We've been using VAD for a long time. We trained the first version of the Pipecat Smart Turn native audio model in December 2024. And we've been experimenting with prompt-based large model turn detection (sometimes called "selective refusal") for more than a year. Now, the Smart Turn model and the SOTA LLMs we're using in voice agents have both gotten so good that using them together feels like we've finally "solved" turn detection. Mark also figured out how to elegantly apply a "single-token tagging" technique to this problem. We sometimes use single-token tagging in place of tool calling, when we need a near-zero latency programmatic trigger. Mark's Pipecat mixin defines three single-token characters and prompts the LLM to output exactly one of them at the beginning of every response. - ✓ means the agent should respond normally (immediately) - ○ is a "short incomplete" - the agent should wait 5 seconds - ◐ is a "long incomplete" - the agent should wait 10 seconds The wait times, and the details of the prompt, are configurable, of course. Watch the video to see me talk to an agent that handles all my various pauses and inflections, plus phrases like "let me think," pretty much the way a person would handle them, in terms of response latency. Also, in the second half of the video, I ask the agent to adjust its response pattern because I'm going to tell it a phone number. This kind of "in-context" adjustment of response wait times is really useful. The LLM in the video is GTP-4.1. We've tested the prompt and single-token adherance with GPT-4.1, Gemini 2.5 Flash, Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.5, and AWS Nova 2 Pro. Note that older models in all these families (and, in general, smaller open weights models) aren't able to reliably output these single-token tags. But the new models we're using these days are pretty amazing.

FreeTimeGS – Free Gaussian Primitives Anywhere, Anytime – has been making waves online over the past two days. You may have already seen it. If not, here’s a great example: a live demo with minimal cleanup and no heavy post-production. What’s remarkable is the simplicity of their setup. This example shows a basic semicircle rig made from smartphones and budget light stands. No complex volumetric or photogrammetry system required—and yet, the result plays smoothly right in a mobile browser. Yes, even on my iPhone. You can also view this on Vision Pro! The next logical step? Let’s bring this into the new Spatial Web standard IEEE IEEE 2874 and make it viewable in Apple Vision Pro, Android XR, and other upcoming headsets via open source XR web browser. Imagine freely flying through AI-powered Gaussian reconstructions directly in spatial environments cross platforms. We’re witnessing a major leap in spatial computing. AI-powered tools like this are reshaping every part of the creative pipeline. Can't wait to see what Apple has to say tomorrow at WWDC 25! Are you ready for it? What use cases excite you most? Drop your thoughts below—let’s discuss.

That was the worst MNF in Miami Dolphins history I think. I cant be the only one looking for that pair of barrels from McDaniel? Our players looked lost and unhappy. There was no spark whatsoever 😔 I wanted those Titans fans in front of me to shut for one second but that didnt happen. And felt worst when I saw dolphins fans started leaving at the beginning of 4th quarter 🤦🏽‍♀️😭 (video) I dont wanna hear it, I got home at 12:15am, showered then went to bed by 1am and up by 5am. The only thing that made it feel tiny bit better is that Im 4-0 on one of my fantasy league, won it by -1.18 😂 Anyways, how did u guys like Huntley? I thought Boyle did better from the game before. Something needs to change big for next game if we still wanna be part of it this season. Need to rip the old playbook and bring out a new one! #GoFins

✨New demo: what if vibe coding felt more visual? Brian Lovin Mary Rose Cook and I did a game jam using Notion as our "IDE": launching Cursor agents from a task board, and making a custom image for each task 😎 The demo shows 3 ideas for the future of agents: 1) Agents should collaborate across apps. Each app has its focus--Notion AI is good at drafting specs and organizing tasks; Cursor is good at coding. So let them specialize! Today we're launching a new integration where Notion AI can kick off Cursor Cloud Agents to do coding tasks. The Cursor API accepts natural language prompts, so I think of this as "cross-app sub-agents" -- it's kinda cute how it resembles humans hiring outside contractors 😊 BTW: the parallelism of cloud agents is incredibly freeing for creativity, but it also creates a new problem: sooo much work to keep track of! Which brings us to the next idea... 2) Agent orchestration is a data visualization problem. A powerful frame for designing agent UIs is to think of the chat transcripts as the "raw data" and ask: what visual projections might help people make sense of this data at scale? We need to engage our human GPUs -- our visual processing -- to understand what the computer GPUs are doing for us! One thing we can do is use AI to populate traditional UIs like progress bars and status updates. But there are also new possibilities now... For example: when you have a lot going on, it can be hard to identify tasks just by text titles. So we tried generating an AI image for each task -- turns out this helps a lot by giving it a unique visual identity! And of course, it also just makes it super fun to build with friends 😃 Speaking of friends... 3) The future of coding is collaborative. Sometimes it feels like IC engineers are being reduced to middle managers: shuffling information between the team's context and the coding agents that they individually manage. The solution: bring all the people and agents into one shared space, with shared context and visibility! In the video you can get a glimpse of how this feels. Mary, Brian and I record ourselves chatting about ideas, and then we use AI to turn that conversation into a list of tasks on a shared board. As the ideas get built in parallel, we can all monitor progress and review the work together, nothing is siloed. My main takeaway from this game jam was: damn, creativity with friends, at the speed of conversation, is incredibly fun. --- Our goal here is to let anyone use Notion as a fun and creative "software factory" to build software together with your team. Give the Cursor integration a shot and let us know what you think! (AI Image gen in Notion isn't GA yet, but coming soon and already out to some users) And let me know if you'd want a template or more detailed instructions on the setup we showed in this demo...

Last week, Mastercard, Visa, Ripple & Coinbase 🛡️ all shipped payment rails for AI agents. Every one of them reached for stablecoins Instead of traditional cards. A choice that is the whole story 👇🏻 ◢ An unpriced problem Card networks are built around a human pressing approve. One purchase, one confirmation, a fee that only makes sense above a certain size. Agents don’t work like that. They pay continuously, programmatically, often in fractions of a cent, for things like an API call or a second of compute. A bot paying $0.004 a thousand times an hour is a transaction pattern the card model physically can’t process at a profit. The rails we built for people don’t fit the machines. ◢ Four giants, one answer On june 3 mastercard opened card settlement in stablecoins across eight chains. On june 10 it launched Agent Pay for Machines, letting agents settle in stablecoins with permissions recorded onchain. The same day, ripple shipped a toolkit putting RLUSD and the x402 standard under agent payments, visa announced an agentic commerce tie-up with openai, and coinbase switched on agentic trading. Four of the biggest names in payments moved in a single week and all landed on the same primitive. ◢ Why it had to be stablecoins Strip out the branding and the requirements are mechanical. The money has to be programmable, so code can hold and move it without a bank in the loop. It has to clear sub-cent payments, which card fees make impossible. It also has to settle in seconds with finality, because that’s the speed agents run at. And it has to be always on, because machines don’t take weekends. A dollar in a bank account fails most of those, while a dollar as a stablecoin passes all of them. ◢ Conclusive Insights For years stablecoins were pitched at consumers who already had working banks and mostly didn’t bite. The adoption story kept underdelivering because the product was aimed at the wrong buyer. The agent economy doesn’t have that problem. It has no legacy banking relationship, no human patience, and no other option that clears at machine speed. The demand that stablecoins were always promised is finally showing up, but not from the customer everyone expected. My take: the entire stablecoin debate was framed around human payments, which is why it kept stalling.

Jensen Huang just announced the death of the empty room. He listed it alongside dishwashers and lawn mowers. Like it was furniture. It’s not furniture. It’s the end of silence. We spent the last century buying machines to replace muscle. The lawnmower. The dishwasher. The engine. They were appliances. They saved us calories. Now we’re installing the machine that replaces agency. Huang: “It’s running all of your agents, it’s running all of your assistants, and they’re doing all kinds of things for you all the time.” Not when you ask. All the time. A PC waits for input. A smartphone waits for a tap. This doesn’t wait at all. It anticipates. It negotiates. It acts. It runs your life in the background while you sleep. Huang: “It becomes a lot more like R2-D2 to you. It becomes more like C-3PO to you, than it feels like a PC.” It doesn’t feel like a machine because it doesn’t act like one. It acts like a presence. Huang: “This reinvention of the computer is as big of a deal as the reinvention of the phone into what we now know as the smartphone.” He’s understating the math. The smartphone put a window to the world in your pocket. This puts a second mind in your living room. We didn’t just domesticate fire. Fire domesticated us. It changed what we ate. How we slept. Where we lived. Every technology we’ve ever brought inside the walls has quietly rewritten what it means to be human. Intelligence won’t be different. For ten thousand years, when you locked your door, you were the only intelligence inside. One day, the most unsettling thing about the past won’t be the lack of technology. It will be the realization that you could sit alone in a room, and nothing else in that room was thinking. And you never once appreciated the silence.
