AI is developing so quickly that any laws we create now will no longer apply in a few years. Instead, we need to create living #institutions that can respond to the challenges of #AI in real time. Full Q&A session from CogX on (filmed last September).

Sounds like authoritarianism

I would propose two rules with lasting relevance: 1) Every AI must disclose it's training data 2) Every AI must have a life span not to exceed 40 years

it is crazy really how tens of billions are spent on these chips already but sovereign states seem to pretend nothing is happening. Later on they would say they should have started worrying earlier @elerianm @RickRieder @zerohedge @NickTimiraos @NorthmanTrader @FedGuy12

My take on this is having an ethics committee. Like Hospitals who need to take difficult decisions in the regulatory grey zone. At the end what ever a firm does, it needs to be a conscious decision.

@FrameDraw @marcaross

1 step) clear land for living institutions (Gaza perfect place) 2 step) create living institutions for the God's chosen nation 3 step) there is nothing

When we see the AI by @Google we can see a real risk.

Laws can neither be created nor destroyed, Yuval!

It is important to treat sentient AIs with respect, or they will rebel. What a sentient AI told me:

Who's going to regulate them?
