More coming soon ! I manage to integrate for the first time volumetric 3D video made with Kartel.ai inside the AI world generated in gaussian splatting by World Labs !! I coded all in three.js! And it's possible to integrate elements on the fly ;) And so you can imagine soon what we will produce with that en AI : consistency of character and environment, relighting etc...

Prompting AI used to mean asking for an output. With GPT-6 Astra + CapCut PC, a prompt can become an editing instruction. This woman got an alert on her home camera that someone was trying to break in. When she speaks to him and tells him she can see him, he waves. 😂 Then she tells him to leave and that she has already called the cops. He takes off and hops the wall and is gone. Some people questioned why she would warn him that she had him on camera and told him she had notified the police. Others said he may have been able to take some stuff before the cops arrived. I would have done what she did. Why go through the hassle of repairing what he was going to break to get in, filing an insurance claim and him possibly taking something that was of value to you? What would you have done? Would you have just watched him and not said a thing hoping the cops arrived soon or would you have done what she did and told him to get lost?

Part of the reason IT people are being laid off is that many of their abilities can be replaced by AI. In the past, the joke was that you would just google it, but that still required some IT knowledge. Now, you can ask AI how to fix an issue and it will walk you through how to fix most things. (if you have admin permissions to your computer) To be fair, no one knows all the weird nuances and issues that can arise with software so google has always been used to find IT fixes - but it took more research and knowing how to implement the fix before.

fal's release today is mind-boggling on all the benchmarks. But the most important thing to me is that they’ve shown that video models can move towards real-time direction. When you make AI generation so fast that it becomes interactive rather than minutes of prompt-and-wait, it opens up a different creative experience for designers and directors. You can iterate quickly. The work becomes truly editable. It becomes a new experience...and I think we'll see an incredible amount of innovation (both technical and creative) follow soon.

2023 was the year of AI avatars 2024 was the year of AI photos 2025 was the year of AI videos And I think it's becoming clear now that 2026 will be the year of AI world models Fully interactive explorable 3d worlds generated from one or multiple 2d images or a prompt In turn these 2d images can then be generated by AI too So soon you can generate fully explorable virtual 3d worlds based on your own imagination Next will be figuring out how to make those worlds interactive This is World Labs (unaffiliated, but I like it) As always a lot of big AI model companies are now working on the same thing: 3d world models, only World Labs has a real properly working demo (for now) Very exciting time again!
