🚨California Truck Driver with “No Name Given” on His CDL Released by Arkansas Highway Police Arkansas highway police pulled over a truck driver who struggled to understand basic English instructions. Officers required him to identify himself — and the California CDL literally read “NO NAME GIVEN.” The officer saw it, read it aloud, acknowledged it, and appeared unbothered. The "NO NAME GIVEN" truck driver was released. This is a California-issued CDL — from the same state widely known for issuing non-domicile CDLs to illegal immigrants. An 80,000-pound truck operated by a ghost driver with no verifiable name, sharing the highway with your family, should have triggered far more scrutiny. Instead, officers simply told him to fix a broken turn signal and sent him back out on the road. This represents an unacceptable national security and public safety failure. If someone listed as “No Name Given” is allowed behind the wheel of an 80,000-pound big rig, we have lost control of our trucking industry. If California cannot even verify the identity of the people to whom it issues licenses, why should anyone trust that it has properly vetted drivers’ qualifications, background, or training? All Illegally Issued Non-Domicile CDLs should be revoked. At a minimum they should all be investigated by ICE during a CMV inspection. Non-domicile CDLs are a scam! EAD cards are a scam! Pass The Dalilah Law today!

🚨ALARMING: Another unqualified illegal alien behind the wheel of an 18-wheeler on American highways CAUGHT BYPASSING THE WEIGH STATION An illegal alien truck driver from Colombia — who cannot read or speak English — was arrested in Arkansas after being caught with a fake Mexican CDL. This individual was hauling domestic freight point-to-point inside the United States (not even international cargo) and was also in possession of a Georgia driver’s license. Let that sink in: • No English proficiency • Blew past the weigh station • False logbooks • Fraudulent foreign commercial license • Carrying freight within our borders - CABOTAGE • Unlawful status in the country • Was able to obtain two different CDLs • Driver was from Columbia NOT MEXICO Arkansas is at least arresting the ones with fake Mexico CDLs — good. But the question everyone should be asking is: Why are we allowing any Mexico CDLs at all? WHO SUPPORTS THAT? Remember HB1569 in Arkansas? That bill called for a complete ban on B-1/B-2 visa holders operating commercial vehicles in the state with Mexico CDLs. It was blocked by the ATA. This is not an isolated case. It’s a direct threat to every family driving on the interstate. Unvetted, non-English-speaking illegal aliens with fake (or even “valid” foreign) credentials should not be piloting 80,000-pound trucks next to our kids and grandparents. Enforce the laws. Secure the border. Stop endangering American lives for cheap labor and open-borders ideology. How many more near-misses or fatal wrecks will it take America?
