I don’t understand the point of this video… India has a culture that dates beyond not just the USA but any modern Western nation. As a demographic in the US they have higher average income per capita than most other ethnic groups. They also rarely commit crime here. And anecdotally every person of Indian descent I’ve met is incredibly kind and easy to get along with. Incredibly smart and hardworking from interactions in academics

Nope. Not all cultures are equal. We are ofcourse way better. Indians here in the video are eating healthy cooked millets called ragi that has a beautiful brownish tinge as breakfast, along with a healthy side dish . Nope we don't eat waffles and sugary stuff.

That’s ragi mudde balls made of millets. It gluten free and is very healthy. It is also very filling so it can keep you full for long hours. They make it in large batches and it becomes sticky so they break it with hands and serve. You can make it at home and in smaller quantity.
