Bat Speed Doesn’t set up swing path!!!!Watch 35+ hitters in this video. U can literally close your eyes at this point in the swing. If done correctly you’ll hit it, if wrong, you’ll miss. Different eras, ages, levels, sports, coaches, teams and origins, all doing the same thing. This position is the most important of all of them (especially for younger hitters). No matter how fast the bat is traveling at this point, if it’s wrong, you’ll miss!!! Approach will range from the sternum to the belly button (high / low) and on the shoulder or off a little (in/ out). Watch your videos closely, if you’re missing a lot, this could be the culprit! *the standard feel for this is place the middle of the bat below the deltoid (in the boney area below the shoulder, now take swings connected. Move the bat up higher or lower based on the tee position, turn. As u get comfortable, then add all the snapping, whipping etc u want. It’s so cathartic hearing someone talk honestly about 9/11. A paper passport fell from an exploding plane. And somehow they knew, even in crowded New York City, that it was NOT someone dropping it on the street, or even a passenger, it was the high jacker and it also showed what country did it. It’s so unbelievably stupid, and so is ALL of it, that I grieved over learning this stuff. I felt anger, guilt, bargaining, shame, but then said “now what?” and realized I can just live a great life. But we all have to go thru this. To face the obvious and insane truth of our history will suck for a bit but it’s how you get that anxiety out of your chest like something is always wrong. Facing it allows you to feel joy again like when you were a kid. “They” all get what’s coming to them. It’s already done. No escape. Your job is to face the truth, and then be grateful for this beautiful world we live in and all the others we can spend time with. Good work Candace Owens you’re doin great kid

Now, 8 years later, so much of that vision has come to fruition as evident everywhere around us. It’s truly incredible how good AI video has become in the last two years. Up until now it’s been mostly about making video as we know it with AI. This is often referred to as the ‘bridge-period’ where new technology copies old formats, like when the first films were just recorded theater or early GPS was just a digital map with no navigation. Now, it’s time to figure out what AI-native video truly looks like - when we let go of the priors and rethink video in the context of language models, real-time video generation, smartphones and so much more. With this new round, it’s all about helping people work better – both with AI video and a bunch of new real-time products, like Skills. We’ll be sharing much more in the coming months! If you’re the guy that wants to take the spot, it’s frustrating when there’s guys above you that have the spot. We’re in a period of time where there’s a lot of top performers in top spots that over time have earned those spots and are selling tickets and are incredibly popular. So you really have to do something. The narrative of ‘It’s my turn. I’ve been here for a while’. There’s no turns. That’s not how it works. You earn the spot. Believe me. If somebody is getting over more than somebody else, we move that person into the spot and move the other person down. But it’s not just that, it’s not just they’re getting the loud crowd reaction.
