Destigmatizing queerness does not lead to gay conversion or recruitment. That is a scare tactic. It actually leads to more honesty, more safety and better health, for individuals and community. No straight person can be recruited into queerness any more than a gay one can become straight. What can happen is that people who have felt pressured and afraid can emerge into their truth, which we should all encourage. Be yourselves people. Be brave. Be free. #happypride BTW, @donlemonofficial and I used to have a blast on his show. Lol
