NEW: Woman starts praising God after Florida police save her from being r*ped by an illegal immigrant who applied for asylum just one day earlier. "Thank you Jesus!" the woman cried after officers tackled the suspect. The Florida woman reportedly called 911 while pretending to order pizza as a call for help. Watch Davis Joint USD deputy superintendent Matt Duffy ask the students to disperse rather than ask Anoosh Jorjorian, a regular speaker at student GSA/Queer club meetings, to stop harassing me as she/they blasts music in my ear. A teen who was assaulted and slammed by a Warren police officer during booking has filed a $50 million lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed this week by Fieger Law. Matthew Rodriguez, 48, an officer with 14 years on the force, was charged Friday with assault and battery charges. Warren police announced Monday that he had been fired According to the lawsuit, the teen suffered physical and mental damage due to excessive force, and the city of Warren failed to properly train the officer. "Officer Matthew, with the specific intent to intimidate and/or harass Plaintiff, as a result of his race and/or ethnicity, caused physical contact with Plaintiff by striking him in the head and/or face with a fist and pulling him off the ground by his hair," the lawsuit reads. The lawsuit also says that the two other officers in the video failed to intervene and help the teen. “This is one of the most flagrant cases of police misconduct I’ve seen in my entire career as a trial attorney. The sheer violence and disregard for human life that these three officers showed is despicable and cannot be tolerated," said James Harrington of Fieger Law. The incident happened early this week at the Warren police department. The video shows the officer punching and grabbing the 19-year-old by his locs before slamming & launching him into his cell. Warren Police Commissioner Bill Dwyer says an investigation was launched after the two officers in the video stepped up and told a supervisor about the incident. One officer was telling Rodriguez "That's enough" multiple times in an attempt to make the officer stop, Dwyer said. At first, they did not know why the officer was attacking him. Within a week, the officer was arrested, charged, and put on unpaid administrative leave, said Dwyer. The officer in the video also was out of policy and was not wearing bodycam. The officer has a lengthy history of alleged accessive force. He currently has two pending lawsuits.

They are without: ◦Food ◦Water ◦Electricity Gas stations are out and he says it’s literally a war zone. Looting is everywhere and police is only responding to big emergency. Walmart where he worked is flooded out. He says people are not allowed to in to help because they’re afraid the bridge may collapse and the only way is by air. I did hear earlier that the only way to get to the most devastated areas that need help the most is by air. I added 3 of his videos and the last one was posted about an hour ago.

🚨MUST LISTEN🚨 Plano Police say they questioned the man seen in this video following me into my PRIVATE apartment complex. This audio recording is what Plano PD claim he told them after they confronted him at his job. I have not heard from Plano PD since this 8/29 call. Plano Police (Texas) is telling the media they’re still investigating this matter, but they told me they were not filing charges. Here are just some of the issues I’ve had with Plano PD: 📌The responding officer dismissed the incident as a flirting before even looking at the surveillance footage. 📌 The responding officer obtained the surveillance footage after I forced the property owners to send it days later. 📌 My home address is flagged in Plano PD’s system because of the threats I’ve received. 📌 In my opinion, the City of Plano attempted to delay me from accessing this footage. I had to threaten to sue them in-order to get it. 📌 Police didn’t enter the surveillance footage as evidence. I had to go to the police station and make an issue out of that. 📌The responding officer brushes this incident off in the police report as flirting. Claims he obtained the footage by reaching out to the property owners when it was me. 📌Plano PD only launched their investigation after the footage received 2 million views. 📌Plano PD say I cannot obtain a protective order against this man because they are not filing criminal charges.

I hate this university. Just turned in my application for a new staff job at UC Davis in the Department of Mathematics. (I was laid off from my program management position in June after 11 years at UC Davis.) Step 6 asked me to “self-identify” my ethnicity/race, disability and veteran status, as well as my “gender identity” and sexual orientation. Under gender identity, here are the definitions for woman and trans woman: “Woman: A gender identity which describes an adult who lives and identifies as female regardless of their sex assigned at birth.” “Trans Woman: A woman who was assigned male sex at birth.” This is insanity. Men can never become women. Please help Attorney General Pamela Bondi and AAGHarmeetDhillon — we need to return to reality in CA. 🙏 🙏

Shortly afterwards, I was suddenly subjected to physical force by a police officer. This use of force was so excessive and unprofessional that it aggravated an existing injury to my rib. Following this incident, instead of protecting me as the victim of an assault, the police threatened me that I must either leave London or face arrest. I was then again presented with the ultimatum of leaving the area or being arrested. This occurred despite the fact that the assault against me took place in full view of police officers, who failed to take any meaningful action to protect me. This conduct constitutes not only a clear violation of my right to freedom of expression and peaceful presence at a public gathering, but also demonstrates unequal and discriminatory treatment by the police. I will be pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal and oversight channels and will be filing a formal complaint against the Metropolitan Police Service for the violation of my rights.
