Beefy Enchilada Stuffed Shells Ingredients: 1 box jumbo pasta shells 1 can red enchilada sauce 2 Ibs ground beef 1 can refried beans 2 cups Colby jack cheese 2 cups pepper jack cheese Optional: green onion and sour cream Directions: Boil and drain pasta. Let cool. Brown ground beef with taco seasoning. Drain. Add to large bowl. Add refried beans and 1 cup Colby jack and 1 cup pepper jack to the bowl with the meat. Mix together. Pour a little enchilada sauce into the bottom of a casserole dish. Stuff each pasta shell with meaty cheesy mixture and lay in the casserole dish on top of cause. Once casserole dish is full of stuffed shells, pour over remaining sauce and remaining cheese. Make at 350 for around 30 minutes until hot and melty. When Koreans crave Salvadorian Pupusas We were curious what pupusa tastes like with some Korean fillings. So we tried jjajang (Korean beef & veggies with black bean sauce), Korean kabocha pumpkin mousse and cheese, stir-fried sour kimchi and cheese. Our favorite was kobacha pumpkin mousse and cheese although others were good too. If you are gonna try to add kimchi & cheese, make sure it’s a well fermented with a bit of sour taste and must stir fry before you bring out delicious flavors and remove moisture. #comidasalvadoreña #elsalvador #salvadoranfood #salvadoreños #salvadorian

What My Korean Parents had for Thanksgiving 2025 FULL extended video on YT. Iink in bi0. This year we jazzed up our thanksgiving meal with a Korean twist. The menu was roasted turkey with scallions and geoja sauce (Korean horseradish soy dressing), Spicy Korean fried turkey, Korean tornado potatoes, Mat-tang (candied Korean yam) with marshmallows, Stuffing, Five cheese mac & cheese, Korean corn cheese, Cranberry sauce, Gravy, Pecan pie, Apple pie with ice cream. The Korean fried turkey was an impromptu item. We had a plan to fry the whole turkey but it was too windy outside. So I decided to disassemble and cook it like Korean fried chicken. I just made up the coating and the sauce on the spot and it turned out to be the best ever.
