Amendment 3 isn’t about freedom; it’s a power grab by a mega marijuana corporation. They want blanket immunity, no public smoking limits, and a monopoly over the market. Floridians deserve better. Protect the Florida way of life. Get out to the polls TODAY and vote NO on Amendment 3!

It’s about having safer choices for Floridians, voting YES means the cartels are wounded. It means Florida can advocate safe standards and collect huge tax money. Keep Florida free vote yes on amendment 3

There's no immunity. This has been debunked and is DeSantis prohibitionist propaganda. Amendment 3 was signed by 1M Floridians and reviewed by the Florida Supreme Court!

Florida voters, vote yes on Amendments 3 & 4. Marijuana will help us socially, medically & economically. Government regulation is killing our economy. And the government should not be telling women what to do with their bodies. Period. 🗳️💙⚖️🇺🇸

No amendment created the licensing/structure/framework of the Florida cannabis market, Florida government did that, they issued 25 licenses & decided how competitive the market would be, then lied & blamed amendment 3 for the market they designed. Yes on Florida amendment 3.

Lies from a liar. Smoking pot will follow the same rules as smoking anything else. Wherever smoking is not allowed, pot-smoking will not be allowed. You’re not just fear-mongering.., you’re lying.

I voted no!! It’s unnecessary roughness. We have it medically and that’s enough.

Cannabis is legal in Nevada, Arizona, Montana, Alaska, Virginia, Missouri, Ohio, etc. Nobody says “Don’t Alaska my Florida”. Cannabis was completely legal in all states 161 years. Nobody ever says “don’t 1925 my Florida”. Yes on Florida amendment 3.

More lies and reefer madness. 1) No grab- no language in the amendment favors ANY of the 47 different companies. No monopoly, no grab. 2) The immunity in the amendment is for the delivery drivers only, so they are not arrested for drug trafficking (large amount vs the personal limit). 3) There are ALREADY smoking laws in Florida. Enforce them. This reefer madness has ALWAYS and ONLY been about taking away our freedom, and to marginalize minorities. Which one is you? Both? #YesOn3
