Congressman Brandon Gill says the biggest lie being told to the American public is ‘Diversity and mass immigration are our strengths’ “What's the biggest lie the American public has been sold about immigration?” “Mass migration from all over the world makes America better off. Look at the Somali population in Minnesota. 78% of Somali immigrants in Minnesota are on welfare. Nobody would look at that and say that that makes America stronger or more prosperous in any way. And yet that's kind of the constant and incessant media narrative that you hear all the time. Diversity in and of itself is not a strength. Our strength comes from having a shared history, a shared vision for where the country should go from here, a shared set of core convictions — a set of core moral beliefs about what the world is, what is right and what is wrong. That is where our strength comes from. And I think mass migration does certainly undermine that” He’s absolutely right and I’ll give you some examples - 81% of Somali-headed households in Minnesota use at least one form of welfare compared to 21% of native-headed households - 78% of Somali immigrant households in Minnesota remain on welfare even after 10+ years in the US - 54% of Somali-headed households in Minnesota receive food stamps (SNAP), vs. 7% for native Minnesota households - 73% of Somali households in Minnesota are on Medicaid, vs. 18% for native households - 37.5% of adult Somali immigrants in Minnesota live below the poverty line, compared to 6.9% of native adults; over 52% of children in Somali households are in poverty Send them all back. We have no responsibility to pay for these people. They need to go make Somalia great again

Congressman Brandon Gill says diversity is not helping America, it’s destroying us “The melting pot simply isn't melting. That's a problem. The foreign-born population is about as high as it's ever been in American history. What is the purpose of an immigration system? The purpose of our immigration system is to benefit our people. Historically, American immigration was predicated on two key ideas. One of those was you cannot be what's called a public burden. In other words, you can't come into the country and immediately hop on welfare and expect the American people to pay for your food and your housing, your healthcare and everything else. The second was a concept of cultural assimilation. You were expected to come into the United the United States and to become fully American, not a hyphenated American, you're expected to adopt our customs, our core beliefs, revere our heritage just like we do. Part of the rationale behind drastically reducing legal immigration as well as illegal immigration is allow that assimilation to actually occur, for people to actually melt and recohere as an American society.” Around 53% of households headed by foreign-born immigrants use at least one major means-tested welfare program I saw some data that showed 70% of Mexicans that come to America are on welfare, I made a post about it previously No immigrant should ever qualify for any welfare programs. They should be for American citizens and American taxpayers only

Did you know that 1 in every 22 black men in America will commit murder in their lifetime? Black men, who make up only 6% of the population, commit 51% of the murders in America. Black men are nine times more likely to commit a violent crime than the general population in the US. Horrific. How did we get here? One glaring data point shows a catastrophic cultural difference between black men and the rest of the American population: Fatherlessness. Nearly 70% of black babies are born without present fathers. 64% of black children are raised by a single parent. There are about 9.5 million Black children under 18 in the US and roughly 6.1 million live in fatherless households. Kids without fathers are far more likely to live in poverty, half as likely to graduate college and twice as likely to end up in prison. 70% of juveniles in state facilities come from single-parent homes. There is your fatherlessness to criminal to prison pipeline. But how did this happen? Prior to the "Great Society" welfare programs of the 1960’s only 9% of all American children were raised without fathers. After passage, the numbers exploded: By 1970, 30% of black children were growing up fatherless. By 2021, that number had skyrocketed to over 60%. Federal welfare policies and government incentives systematically encouraged single-parent households. Fatherlessness is killing America. This crisis is real, it’s growing, and we can’t afford to keep ignoring it. I don't care if you find this offensive. It's true. What's offensive is having your innocent child stabbed to death on a bus in Charlotte.
