This is not a strict carnivore bowl. And that’s intentional. This is canned chicken, mayo, cottage cheese, and pickles. Simple. Cheap. Real food. No seed oils. No junk. I am carnivore. I eat meat-first, nutrient-dense food. I also don’t believe in dogma, purity tests, or policing people’s plates. Does eating pickles or mayo erase the last 10+ months of eating meat? No. Does it undo the weight loss, the metabolic healing, the consistency? Also no. Here’s the part people miss: Most people aren’t choosing between perfect and imperfect. They’re choosing between this and a drive-thru, a sandwich, or ultra-processed food cooked in seed oils because they’re starving and overwhelmed. If someone eats this instead of Subway, that’s a win. If this keeps someone from saying “screw it” and quitting altogether, that’s a win. I’m not here to confuse people or hold their hand. People are capable of thinking for themselves. You can eat mostly meat and still eat pickles. You can eat mostly meat and still eat dairy. You can eat mostly meat and still live your life. No one gets kicked out. No one gets labeled a failure. No food police. No gold stars. No shame. The goal isn’t purity. The goal is nutrient-dense food you can actually sustain. This way of eating is what helped me lose over 130 pounds and hit onederland. Not perfection. Consistency. Take what works. Leave what doesn’t. Eat real food. Move on with your life. 👑
