Federal officers attempted to take a man into custody this morning in south Minneapolis. He clearly resisted arrest and around the 19 second mark in the video he appears to point something toward a bystander (that's what I'm seeing at the moment; more video would be helpful...). He is then shot by the officers. According to Fox News, the gun on the left is what he was carrying. It's not everyday you see a Gucci'd metal frame Sig with a magwell, quality optic, and threaded barrel used by criminals which indicates a high probably it's stolen. That's just an educated guess but I see a lot of guns recovered from criminals and they normally don't look like that unless they're stolen. Related note - this is yet another example of why all uniformed armed federal agents should be wearing bodycams. Taxpayers give them billions every year - there's no reason they can't wear bodycams.
