Flock cameras stolen before they can even be turned on 🇺🇸😎 After the cameras were strategically relocated, the Taylor County Sheriff, Bubba, lied to every citizen in the county by posting on Facebook, "these cameras are not designed to monitor the daily lives of law-abiding citizens" when in fact that's EXACTLY what they're designed to do. Bubba must think everyone is REALLY stupid. He, as the Sheriff, doesn't even control the data he is now collecting yet he somehow thinks he can just tell the citizens that put him in office that water isn't wet. I have no idea when his next election is but he needs to be unemployed after that at a minimum. In a properly functioning Constitutional Republic, he'd be arrested for violating everyone's 4th Amendment rights but unemployed would be a step in the right direction. There's a lot of angles that one could take with this video/story but the one that stands out to me is what he's charged with. Compare the amount of time (decades) he's looking at for a non violent/victimless crime(s) with what ACTUAL violent felons who hurt/rape/kill people get in New Mexico. The Police State doesn't like challenges to its self perceived supremacy and they love "sending a message" which seems to happen a lot in cases similar to this which is telling in terms of what the Police State places value on. Florida man has been arrested and spent a night in jail because the "S" in "Sunshine State" on his rental car's Florida license plate was obstructed by a frame. The city of Cleveland has learned the same lesson that cities in Washington, NC, etc.... have all already learned. The data collected by Flocks cameras & AI software isn't secure. It's easily accessed by just about anyone and certainly every state level agency/threat and that's only accounting for present day, known threats. As the city of Hillsborough, NC stated on their website, "town leaders became concerned about language that could be interpreted as allowing Flock Safety to disclose data to any government entity or third party if the company had a “good faith belief” of a need to do so."
