Another post to clear things up about annotations☝️🤓! Annotations allow you to draw, write, and post images in the 3D world, viewable by other Axiom users. This is ideal for level designers and builders to plan in detail before starting or to clear things up for team members.

You know, I think I started saying something like 10 years ago that Minecraft needed something like a game engine or dedicated level editor with all the features such things have. The closest we had back then was the MCedit/WE/VS combo, but you guys seem to be getting there.

Minecraft offers a highly flexible work environment. From my experience it is one of the fastest ways you can iterate on a level. By default however, it lacks a lot of the tools and niceties that other engines and game development environments have which is why we made Axiom 🙂
