Another #threejs #tsl exercise ready to be written. Introducing physics using compute. It's the naive approach, but it runs 10000 spheres easily.

🧮 Physics that never leaves the graphics card. Kevin Levron's (Kevin Levron) Three.js WebGPU demo runs the whole simulation in a compute pass, written in TSL, then draws thousands of bodies as one instanced mesh. 🔗 #WebGPU #ThreeJS #TSL #ComputeShaders #CreativeCoding

Wanted to remake and old experience dating from 2020, so here's another test with #webgpu #threejs #tsl : simple (and naive 😅) physics engine. Demo : Source :

Using #threejs with WebGPU and TSL to build a light painting tool. It's not like watercolor, but I like how the paint dries over time. It's quite relaxing. Next, I'll enable "mesh painting" mode. Let's see how it looks. #creativecoding

Softbodies by holtsetio Realtime Tetrahedral FEM Models in the Browser, using WebGPU and written in TSL. Based on the WebGL implementation in TetSim by Johnathon Selstad, upgraded to enable collisions.

After spending some time in the Virgin Islands, I was inspired to create a WebGPU-based water shader with TSL and compute shaders 🌊 Lots left to do, but it's finally starting to look decent! #threejs #webgl #webgpu #shaders

My old #Threejs #Zelda project now runs on #WebGPU thanks to #TSL !⛵️🙌 Give it a try! 👉 (Safari will fallback to the old project)

Learning TSL: That's probably not the way to toggle between storages and that's probably not how to use varying, but hey… it works. Here's the particles morphing exercise in TSL

I modified the official example "compute birds" to have 36864 paper planes and twelve monkeys flying among through columns and a hoop like circus acts. TSL runs so fast! created with #threejs live demo (all source code is in html of the page) ->

STOP everything you're doing, and go try WebGPU and TSL. I wanted to give a shot to TSL and see how it's working today, and wow. in short, it's great Sunag, mrdoob and all the TSL contributors made an awesome job making it as easy as possible #threejsjourney #r3f #threejs details below ⬇️

I'm back to working on my water simulator for interactive experiences using #threejs + #r3f. This time, I'm experimenting with #WebGPU and #TSL for better performance. I'm loving it more and more by the minute. The link and potentially a tutorial will be available soon. But if you want to play with the current version, it's available here: #creativecoding #r3f

Introducing Naive - hire autonomous employees with their own identity. Own compute. Own bank account. Own legal entity. Own email. Own credentials. Own mobile. No humans-in-the-loop. They sign up for tools, pay for services, deploy apps, file documents, and run your entire company. Describe a business. Naive runs it. Reply "Naive" + RT. Get $100 credit for free.

Live: Source: You can download this to start your scenes with #r3f, #threejs WebGPU Renderer, and Post-Processing using #tsl. I also converted my jet engine shader from GLSL to TSL using the transpiler. It works like a dream😍. I added the Royal Naboo starship in the scene to show how Screen Space Reflections reacts to all metallic surfaces, not just the floor. I hope you like it. Please give me a star⭐️on GitHub if you can. #threejsJourney

⚡️We are ready for a duel using "Oreshnik" right now. It can be not only in Kyiv, but also in another city, - Putin.

LAUNCH TIME! 🏁 Play it for free now: This is NOT a demo. It’s a full racing game made with #threejs. 🏎️ 50+ missions 🚗 Multiple cars 💎 Collectibles 🌧️ Realistic rendering, rain, reflections & physics 🌃 A huge city to explore 📱 Desktop + mobile Built with #WebGPU, TSL, GPUCompute, and a lot of custom rendering techniques — pushing game quality on the Web as far as I can. I hope you like it 😍. Thanks to all beta testers for their input. Thank you, Sunag, for helping me with performance and story. #threejs #WebGPU #TSL #WebGL #gamedev #indiedev

Live Link: Source Code: While updating my website, I found an old project that was broken and decided to bring it back to life using WebGPU + TSL in #threejs. I’ve always loved Predator. The first time I saw the Predator cloak effect, I knew I wanted to learn visual effects and make them part of my professional life. Turn the sound on — it makes the experience much more fun 😅 This is also a great exercise if you’re learning TSL and want to experiment with glass, dispersion, IOR, and custom shaders. Both the classic shader version and the new TSL version are included in the repo so you can compare the approaches side by side. Hope it’s useful. Don’t forget to ⭐ the GitHub repo! #r3f #threejsJourney

We just launched a redesigned and I thought it might be fun to break it down, talk about why it's designed the way it's designed, structured the way it's structured, and written the way it's written. Here's the full show and tell.

OpenAI just released a new model to distinguish between AI/human written text to protect against ChatGPT. The classifier was trained on a pair of AI/human written dataset. However.. I was easily able to trick it by using GPT3 to rewrite the text. Demo:

People who dismiss the Liberty Engine say "it violates thermodynamics." Here's the thing: If the quantum vacuum contains energy — and it does, that's settled physics — then a device that couples to vacuum fluctuations through electromagnetic induction isn't violating thermodynamics. It's tapping an energy source that mainstream physics acknowledges exists but refuses to discuss using. The Liberty Engine may not work exactly as claimed. But dismissing it without investigating the mechanism is not science. It's religion.
