These males were NEVER females. They are born as males WITH TESTES with underdeveloped external genitals. 3. He claims, "The population is insensitive to DHT." No, those with the disorder have an enzyme deficiency, where they cannot PRODUCE enough of the enzyme to convert testosterone into DHT. Their bodies can respond to DHT normally. It's that they cannot produce enough of it to guide the external genital development of the male fetus (Kang et al. 2014). 4. He claims, "Their ovaries descend and become testes at puberty." No, they never had ovaries. Like all other males, males with 5-ARD have the SRY gene. This triggers their bipotential gonads to differentiate into testes (Kashimada & Koopman, 2010). This does not happen during puberty. This happens at 6 weeks gestation. Just because their testes may not descend does not make them ovaries. 5. He claims, it's called "pseudohermaphroditism." No, it's called 5-alpha reductase deficiency. Medicine has abandoned the use of the term pseudohermaphroditism since early 2000s because it obscures the actual reality of these rare conditions, and is "scientifically specious and clinically problematic" (Dreger et al. 2005). 6. He claims, "They turn into the opposite sex." No, they start out in utero as males and remain as males for life. Just because they were not able to fully develop their external genitals does not make them females. They are males with testes who could not fully develop the penis and scrotum due to lack of DHT. Humans cannot change sex. We are gonochoric--a species whose individuals are male or female for life, determined by their genetics (Holub & Shackelford.) 7. He claims, "It doesn't do anything. Natural selection wouldn't select against it. It's just weird." No, the disorder causes many issues with male fertility. First, low DHT can impair the growth and differentiation of sperm cells and the growth of the prostate, causing them to have a prostate that is 1/10th the healthy size. Small prostates mean that semen volumes are low, harming sperm transport and motility. Second, undescended testes can also disrupt the careful balance of temperature for sperm creation (Kang, Imperato-McGinley, Zhu, & Rosenwaks, 2014). Parroting false claims about these rare disorders like 5-ARD hurts the public's understanding of these conditions, makes people believe falsehoods about human biology, and can harm the evidence-based treatment of the individuals who have these disorders. It's estimated as many as 100,000 young Australians are being diagnosed and identify as transgender or gender diverse. As a result, doctors are increasingly prescribing puberty blockers for boys, which lower male hormones and stop further male body changes. For girls, puberty blockers stop breast development and halt menstruation. The feedback I'm getting from parents whose kids have used these drugs is that they're irreversible. That's a frightening fact when around 80% of children with gender dysphoria in childhood will not continue to experience it after puberty, as the feelings often recede with the onset of adolescence. See what you think of the committee's responses, and then look closely at how fast the government shut me down.

Recently, on Chris Williamson's podcast, said it's "not true" that "there are only two sexes" in humans. He also claimed that "there are people with male brains in female bodies, and conversely." I'd like to address both claims directly to help clear up some confusion. THE SEX BINARY First, Eric used the terms “sex” and “gender” interchangeably, and when prompted to clarify he explicitly claimed sex (as well as gender) was not binary. He brought up people with intersex conditions as the reason why he believes this. But the existence of people with rare intersex conditions does not in any way negate the reality of the sex binary. That’s because the sex binary simply means “there are only two sexes,” and this is true because there are only two types of gametes. Males and females are universally defined by the gametes they have the function to produce, with males producing small gametes (sperm) and females producing large ones (ova). The sex binary does not mean “everyone is either male or female.” This may seem overly pedantic, bit it’s an important distinction. It may be possible that a person can be so sexually ambiguous as to defy categorization as either male or female, but sex ambiguity is not a third sex. The existence and prevalence of complex DSDs or so-called “intersex” conditions is irrelevant to the question of how many sexes there are. So, on this point, Eric is simply confused about what sexes are at a fundamental level. There are only two sexes because there are only two types of gametes—sperm and ova. I agree with Eric that we need to be compassionate and accommodating of people who might be sexually ambiguous. But claiming it’s “no true” that “there are only two sexes’ is definitely not the way to go about this. Apart from being incorrect, it carries a tremendous amount of baggage that I believe Eric and I would both agree must be avoided. BRAIN SEX Lastly, Eric said he believed it’s true that "there are people with male brains in female bodies, and conversely." Again, I believe this is rooted in a fundamental misunderstanding about what sexes are. Simply put, brains do not and cannot have their own sex that differs from the body. Whole organisms have a sex, individual organs do not. However, it is true that various body parts and organs can differ in the degree of how masculinized or feminized they are or appear. Hands are a great example of this, as their morphology is sensitive to in utero testosterone levels. As a result, some females have very masculine looking hands, and some males have very feminine looking hands. But no matter how masculine a female’s hands may be, it would never be correct to say that she has “male hands on a female body.” The same goes for brains and any other organ or appendage. While the brains of males and females can vary in the degree to which they are masculinized or feminized, it is never the case that a person can possess the brain of the opposite sex, even if they deeply feel that way. Eric, I’m a fan of yours and believe you possess tremendous insight on many topics, but I think you need to give this specific topic some more thought. STOP USING PEOPLE WITH DSD AS PROPS FOR GENDER IDEOLOGY This is Nick, better known as That XXY Guy. Nick has a Difference of Sex Development, a medical condition. He is also a man. A male. And he is furious that activists keep dragging people like him into arguments about transgender identity as though their medical conditions prove that human sex is imaginary, fluid, or somehow no longer male and female. His message is blunt because it needs to be: people with DSD are not a mythical “third sex”. They are not political exhibits. They are not a convenient shield to be held up every time someone points out that sex is real. Nick is male. His XXY condition does not make him less male. It does not make him “both sexes”. And it certainly does not exist to prop up an ideology he does not consent to represent. More importantly, this is not Nick standing alone. The UK charity dsdfamilies, which supports children, young people and families living with Differences of Sex Development, has repeatedly warned against conflating DSD with transgender identity. DSD concerns complex physical differences in sex development. Transgender identity is a separate issue entirely. After the Supreme Court ruling, dsdfamilies warned against the “oversimplification, misrepresentation and weaponisation of DSD/Intersex by third parties”, stating that such misuse increases stigma and may discourage people from accessing support. Read that again. The people activists keep using as their biological trump card are telling them to stop. This is what ideological capture looks like: people with real medical conditions are spoken over, misrepresented and reduced to poster children for a political argument they never asked to carry. So listen to Nick. Stop claiming people with DSD abolish the reality of male and female. Stop pretending their conditions are interchangeable with transgender identity. Stop using other people’s bodies, medical needs and lived experience as ammunition for an ideology that does not even respect what they are saying. People with DSD need proper medical support, dignity, understanding and a voice of their own. They do not need activists appropriating their conditions to deny biological reality. #sexisbinary

A 2025 study of American billionaires found large sex differences in marital behavior: 30% of the male billionaires married billionaires, whereas 65% of female billionaires married a billionaire. There used to be this belief that as women became more successful, more economically independent, and more educated, they would become more willing to “date down” in terms of the socioeconomic status of their male partner. The idea was that because women were becoming economically self-sufficient, they would no longer need to look for that quality in a partner. But if anything, it seems to go the other way. The more successful a woman is, the more likely she is to want a man who is at least as successful as she is. You can see this in research on women with advanced degrees, women with high incomes, women who are millionaires, and women who are billionaires. A female billionaire is far more likely to be married to a male billionaire than a male billionaire is to be married to a female billionaire. Male billionaires generally tend to marry successful women, but usually not women who are as financially successful as themselves. They tend to marry women who are educated, upper-middle-class or above, and accomplished in some way. But female billionaires are much more likely to marry men who are also at the very top economically.

The third most popular argument that trans activists use is “What about intersex people?” What about them? That has nothing to do with what I’m talking about, and the term itself is false. Nobody is between sexes. Intersex is an umbrella term for a variety of disorders of sexual development (DSD), and they are all male or female. It’s also irrelevant to the conversation. We are not discussing the treatment of people with DSDs. Perfectly healthy children are being harmed for life, with absolutely no evidence base to support giving them puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries. There is no such thing as a transgender child!

Morris Katz is the man behind Graham Platner, the one pulling the strings. And he's a total creep. Morris Katz was also a key advisor in the Zohran Mamdani campaign. So a grown man publishes a book supposedly on puberty—but really, about sex—aimed at 10-year-old boys and wanted to include pictures of his own penis. Disturbing. Katz writes that sexual attraction to adults who are much older than the child is normal. He insinuates that attraction to children is also on the spectrum of normalcy. This is what he writes: "It can feel embarrassing if your crush is a friend or someone a lot older than you...You could find yourself with a crush on someone who's not really thinking sexual thoughts yet...All perfectly normal." Someone who's not really thinking sexual thoughts yet, so someone who hasn't reached physical maturity—that would be a child. A sexual crush on a child is not normal. And yet, according to Morris Katz in his book, he says it's all perfectly normal. Katz continues, "Along with the development of sexual feelings, come feelings of sexual preference. This is a time when you start to figure out whether you prefer girls, boys, both, or neither. Boys can like other boys, and boys can like girls and boys...It's normal and common to have same-sex feelings, but it can be challenging if you live in a place or a part of a family that doesn't understand that...And I have friends who grew up in more conservative areas and didn't come out until college. It's really important that whatever sexual feelings you have, you don't feel ashamed." That is called grooming. He is grooming children into certain sexual identities by introducing the concept to them. Additionally, he includes a page about the size of male genitalia for 10-year-old children. It’s denying that male and female receive more or less of a heavenly inheritance based on their sex. We are all “one” in Christ no matter what sex we are. But we are nevertheless still either male or female biologically, and we will be male or female for all eternity. 2. “Non-binary” is a fictional category made up by queer theorists to refer to people who don’t identify with either male or female gender identity. While God does not have a body and therefore does not have a biological sex, He reveals His essential nature in masculine terms. “Father” and “Son” properly name the divine essence and are essential to orthodox trinitarian theology. The Bible always refers to Father and Son with masculine pronouns. Sometimes even the Spirit (a term which is grammatically neuter) has masculine pronouns (John 16:13-14). To describe this revelation as “non-binary” is to cast the Deity into a sacrilegious, profane, abominable, queer-theory paradigm that is completely antithetical to Scripture.
