A burger place by me does one called the “Brie Mine” in February. Brie, granny smith apples, arugula, burger patty, garlic mayo… It’s a piece of heaven!!

my wife has started baking, making pain de mie - which I then use for making bacon grilled cheese breakfast sandwiches. Home baked bread with good flour makes a massive, massive difference. Change your world.
