The APS architecture with a stationary defeat system and the chosen off-the-shelf solutions, such as canister charges for "Tucha," in my opinion, will not ensure success in this endeavor. The idea of manually firing canister rounds is not even worth considering against FPV drones, no matter how many cameras are installed. Moreover, even if FPV drones could miraculously be shot down, this offers zero help against "Baba Yaga" drones.On the other hand, building an APS on a fast, stabilized rotating platform with a rational defeat system is not feasible due to the lack of commercially available solutions for such a platform, which must also withstand significant repeated recoil. Meanwhile, private entities or the military have access to existing software and hardware solutions for drone detection systems, which design bureaus will never use, as they prefer to start from scratch with 10-year R&D projects to maximize profits.

Hyundai Rotem has released cool footage of the Polish K2PL. It looks like Leopard 2A8. It will also become the standard model for export to Romania, Saudi, the UAE, Egypt, Iraq, and Peru. K2PL boasts four key features. First, Hyundai Rotem's new APS is impressive. While similar to the Israeli "Trophy," it uses "Trophy" interceptor. (Think about the iPhone, which uses components from Korea and Japan.) The main computer, high-resolution AESA radar, optical sensor, launcher, loading device, and integration are all from Hyundai Rotem and unknown Korean sensor company. Second, it features upgraded special armor. It appears the existing state-of-the-art internal armor will be replaced with the latest technology from Samyang, minimizing volume and weight to improve overall performance. One of my biggest surprises in Finance Bill 2025 was the absence of either an amendment to Sec23 of the Tax Procedures Act mandating issuance of eTIMS generated invoices by all businesses or Sec16(1,c) of the Income Tax Act prescribing that only expenses backed by eTIMS invoices will be eligible for deductible purposes. The reason why I expected such an amendment to be in Finance Bill 2025 is because of the Tax Laws (Amendment) Act 2024's introduction of a threshold for issuance of eTIMS invoices at Kes 5.0 million. So when I sat down with the Commissioner for Large & Medium Size Taxpayers at the Kenya Revenue Authority, Rispah Simiyu, I put this question to her - how do we reconcile what, in my view, looks like an untidy architecture of eTIMS invoices, to whom it applies & how it is mandatory for income tax deductible purposes.

For years the public was told energy had to be rationed: use less, dismantle reliable sources, accept scarcity - all to save the planet. That story has now been abandoned. AI requires massive continuous electricity to power the data centers, and AI is now seen as the superior control system. So energy is no longer a liability. It is a strategic necessity. Power will now come from wherever. Whatever works. Whatever scales. The climate narrative was tossed out the moment AI dominance became the new priority. Power was to be rationed. Now it is required. Michigan Democrats are terrified Biden will implode and drag them down. So today they bet the bank and went all out to codify election fraud into state statute with SB 603. Today they smashed through this gigantic pile of election-fraud-enabling legislation today with Democrat only votes. SB603 Repeals current law that gives authority to bipartisan county Boards of Canvassers to investigate fraud and other wrongdoing including ballot tampering during recounts. With the passage of their (election-fraud-enabling) Bill, there will be no future route for requesting a recount if you believe there was fraud. Under their corruption bill, candidates will be prohibited from requesting a recount if they suspect fraud and is designed to stop investigations of election fraud by the Board of Canvassers. This disgusting bill will now permit clerks to recount ballots even if seals are broken on ballot containers and was essentially written by the Secretary of State who was reversed multiple times, by our Supreme Court for her illegal election decisions. The bill changes the standard for a candidate or party to petition for a recount of election results from alleging there has been “mistake or fraud” in the process to now only permitting alleging there has been an “error.” So even if the candidate or Party is absolutely convinced there was fraud, this cannot be alleged or investigated. To boot, this Democrat’s bill makes it tougher to do a recount by doubling the recount petition fees and making it a felony for 'interfering' with a recount without any clear definition of what that means to open up more “LAWFARE.” If passed as is, the language is changed to prohibit a recount, investigation or audit of the conduct of an election when fraud is alleged to only a determination of the number of votes cast for one candidate or another, or a ballot question. Lastly, the bill says a recount could not assess the qualification of the voters participating in an election, or the manner in which ballots are applied for, or issued to voters. Wow isn’t that a doozy. If illegals, or dead people, or those not registered in Mich. are voting, we cannot “assess the qualification of those voters or the manner in which those ballots were applied for and issued to these voters.” Yep, the Democrats have completely thrown off the mask with this terrible bill attempting to win at any cost-our Republic... be damned.

He says (the pump) will operate on his solar power. As you can see, he has a professional company doing the work. It was filmed over a few days.
