NNPCL is new and young as a Nigerian am very proud of their strides, the petroleum industry bill is barely three years old and actual implementation is just 18 month, at that stage aramco wouldn't have been better. God Bless Nigeria

Let’s commend them for even starting. There’s always room for improvements. Aramco didn’t get there one day. We should not expect them to be operating at Aramco’s level when they don’t even have Aramco’s budget.

Note the contrast from their statements: Aramco says WE KNOW and NNPCL says WE SHOULD KNOW.
