The average dunning email gets ignored. You are literally sending "please ignore me" messages to customers who owe you money. Playbooks - our workflow system for intelligent collections - is now live on the Monk platform. A system that reasons, not just reminds. We filmed a 60 second video showing you an experiment between Joe Zhou and Frank collecting $100K. Finance, biz-ops and post-sales teams should not be spending time chasing customers. Many spend 10+hrs/week doing what Joe did in this video: - context switching between tools (slack, gmail, quickbooks, google sheets) - breaking flow from deep work - sending reminders because the average dunning email is ignored But agentic collections are not enough. Every customer relationship is different. Some need white-glove treatment and others a nudge. That’s why we built playbooks, giving every business a customizable collection workflow. With playbooks you can: - create triggers and workflows specific to a customer segment (tone shift, conditions, escalations to sales/customer support) - auto-resolve AP questions with context from relevant email threads - pause automatically when product questions or upsells opportunities come up Playbooks is how you get paid while you sleep. And we do it with professionalism and empathy that your customers deserve. Heading into Q1 with a gap between signed ARR and actual cash? Watch the video. And if you want to see bloopers from Frank/Joe filming, comment “payday” + tag a teammate and we will send you bloopers from the shoot.

AI TENNIS ANALYSIS. A FULL COMPUTER VISION SYSTEM. BUILT ON YOLO, PYTORCH, AND KEYPOINT EXTRACTION. Take any tennis match broadcast, any camera angle, any resolution. Feed it into the pipeline. YOLO detects both players and the tennis ball frame by frame. No manual labeling, no pre-annotated dataset. A fine-tuned YOLOv5 model trained on a Roboflow tennis ball dataset handles the ball - the hardest object to track in any sport. Tiny, fast, constantly occluded. The model finds it anyway. Trackers maintain identity across frames so Player 1 stays Player 1 from the first serve to match point. But detection is just the start. A ResNet50 CNN trained in PyTorch predicts court keypoints from every frame - the corners, service lines, baselines, net posts. Fourteen points that define the entire playing surface geometry. From those keypoints the system builds a homography matrix and warps the broadcast perspective into a top-down mini court with real coordinates. Now every player has a position in real space, not pixel space. Every frame becomes a measurement. Every rally becomes a dataset. Player movement speed - calculated from position deltas between frames, converted to meters per second through the homography. Ball shot speed - measured from the ball trajectory across consecutive detections. Number of shots per rally - counted automatically through ball direction changes. All of this rendered live on the video as an overlay. A mini court in the corner showing both players as dots moving in real time. Stats updating after every point. OpenCV handles the rendering. Pandas handles the math. PyTorch handles the intelligence. YOLO handles the eyes. No Hawkeye subscription, no court-embedded sensors, no tracking chips in the ball. A Python script, a trained model, and a GPU. The full code is on GitHub. The tutorial walks through every module - from ball detector training to court keypoint extraction to the final statistical overlay. Professional teams used to need broadcast deals and proprietary hardware for this kind of analysis. Now you build it in an afternoon with open-source tools. Trading here: Computer vision didn't just enter tennis. It made the expensive stuff free.

Fast Company just published a great piece on World Labs , Fei-Fei Li , Marble, and the idea that spatial intelligence / world models may be one of the next big shifts in AI. I was happy to be quoted in the article, but I also wanted to share more context about my own experience with World Labs and Marble, and why this direction is especially interesting to me. My starting point: volumetric capture — For the past few years I’ve been exploring and using volumetric capture and reconstruction (photogrammetry, NeRFs, 3D Gaussian Splats) mostly capturing locations around Montreal. Alleys, museums, urban interiors. I love every step of it: the capture itself, the pipeline, and what can be done with the output. Turning real spaces into real-time explorable systems. I do this personally, sharing explorations here, and professionally as chief technologist, and co-founder of Dpt. Physical reality + generative manipulation — In my work I’m especially drawn to mixing physical reality with generative and digital manipulation: using physical interfaces (light, clay, ink, ... ) to drive generative AI pipelines, building mixed reality prototypes that reshape your surroundings, or starting from real captured spaces and transforming them using tools like Marble. Like many people, I saw the World Labs announcement on Twitter in September 2024, and Marble when it surfaced in early December. But by then, I already had a sense something was coming. The first conversation — As someone deep into volumetric capture and radiance fields, I obviously knew about Ben Mildenhall and his pioneering work on NeRF. To my surprise, Ben reached out to me in late June 2024. He’d been following some of my experiments and wanted to chat about my process and workflows and how I was using this “stuff” creatively. At that point he didn’t share what he was building, but we had a genuinely great conversation about radiance fields, AI, and my work. He was curious about the creative perspective, not just the technical one. When the World Labs announcement dropped a few months later, it all made sense. I understood what Ben had been working on, and why the creative angle mattered to them. Then in August 2025, he invited me to try the Marble beta, and I’ve been experimenting with it since. Experimenting with Marble — The first thing I used Marble for was materializing scene and world concepts during ideation at the studio, and seeing if and how it could fit into our production pipeline. In parallel, I dove into a series of experiments focused on world manipulation: starting from real captured spaces and transforming them using Marble. I’d already been exploring that idea using img2img diffusion with ControlNet on NeRF renders, real-time video streams, and even mixed reality using headset camera feeds. But Marble brings something different. It generates persistent, spatially cohesive 3D worlds that can be rendered in real time across a wide range of devices. That’s a real shift. Experiment 01: Parallel Realities — The first experiment, Parallel Realities, starts from a volumetric capture of a real location, reconstructed as 3D Gaussian Splats. Using Marble, I generate an alternate version of that same space, something informed by the original architecture: abandoned, nature-reclaimed, alternate era. Then, using Spark (World Labs’ 3D Gaussian Splatting renderer for THREE.js) I make both realities coexist in the same spatial coordinate system. From there, I use a portal UX mechanic to let the user step between the real reconstruction and the Marble-generated version. Experiment 02: Hidden Depth The second experiment, Hidden Depth, does not transform a space as much as expand it. A captured location has a visual boundary (a mural, a doorway, a dark corridor) and Marble generates what exists beyond it. For example: a Montreal alley has a painted mural; step through it and you’re inside a world informed by what is actually depicted there. World Labs showcased part of this work here: And in their Spark 2.0 post: The project page is here: Why this matters to me — Being able to start from a real 3D Gaussian Splat scene and manipulate it with Marble opens up a lot of ideas. The 3DGS pipeline is becoming an increasingly compelling foundation for exploration, experimentation, and storytelling. What matters most to me right now is more control. The more I can steer the generated scene or world, the more useful the tool becomes. I want more features like the already existing multiple input images and Chisel, the blockout-based approach. I would like better local control, the ability to expand a generated world more and more while preserving coherence, and the ability to directly import 3D Gaussian Splat scenes to be used as a starting point. I want more ways to shape the result, not just a “prompt and hope” approach. — It is exciting to see this field moving from research and demos toward actual creative workflows.

Hezbollah has been boasting how it could destroy the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) and its escorts. Lets dive into how Hezbollah Terrorists could attack a US Navy Aircraft carrier in the Med, what could happen, and the possible outcomes, assisted with Command Development Team simulation software. To understand the footage shown, let me break down some basic concepts of modern naval combat: Military ships often use a concept called "EMCON", which stands for EMission CONtrol, or "Radio silence" in laymans terms. Consider it like this: if you are with a flashlight in the night, you can spot a person say 500 Meters away by shining at him with the flashlight. You will however, be able to see that flashlight from many kilometers away, without being seen, even if it is directed at you, giving you the location of the person with the flashlight, without disclosing your presence. So ships really avoid "radio emissions", such as radar. Carrier Strike Groups (CSG) like the Ford CSG WANT Radar coverage for their own safety, but not in a way that their location can be known. This is done by Airplanes that fly in the general vicinity of the CSG, providing coverage, without compromising the CSG location. The US Navy uses the E-2 Hawkeye for this in most cases. In this case here, we are not using the E-2 Hawkeye, but the (likely in Theater anyway) E-3 Sentry from NATO. A system that is likely LESS sophisticated than the cutting edge E-2D Advanced Hawkeyes that were visible on the USS Ford pictures that surfaced recently. We do not simulate any carrier based "Combat Air Patrol" either, to test the "ship based" defenses. The composition of the Ford CSG is modeled using the actual ships listed. The CSG is moving on a nothern course at 15 knots, under full EMCON, 115 miles off the coast. The maximum range of the Russian Bastion-P coastal missle complex is about 100 miles, we have to assume that the US Navy will sail their ships outside of (possible) Hezbollah radar range. We also assume, as this is a time of very heightened alert, that the US Navy has Rules of Engagement that would allow it to shoot down any Hezbollah drones or craft coming at it with apparent hostile intention. I have assumed this to be 50 miles away from the CSG in this scenario. Now lets look at the Hezbollah side. We assume to have 6 Bastion-P complexes, with 2 missles per Transport-Erector-Launcher (TEL). So if it can be figured out where the CSG is, 12 P-800 Oniks missle with speeds over Mach 2 would be able to engage the CSG. The problem however is, that you can not "shoot" at a ship without knowing its location. While this may sound very simple indeed, when the ship you are looking for does not disclose its location voluntarily, you can not go to "marinetraffic" and look for the carrier. You can also not use your airforce, if you do not really have one, like Hezbollah. You can not use Sattelites, if you have none. You can try to use drones, if you know the overall direction, or use radar. Land based Radar? Out of Range. Drones? Yes, lets fly drones to the overall direction, hoping to see the carrier. Satellites? Nope. Wait, lets ask Putin. He will probably be nice enough to us, to have a liasion tell us in real time from a russian sattelite where the CSG is. And thats what we are running with here, as drones will not reach the carrier. A russian sattelite could provide rather real time information on the CSG location, allowing manual targeting. The video will provide you with the results. A US CSG with such powerful escorts will not be fundamentally threatened by the assets of Hezbollah. It will have to defend, but will do so rather easily. At the conclusion of the Engagement, the CSG still has literally 100s of SM-2, SM-6 and ESSM Missles. Note: this is done on commercially available software, the software uses NTDS/APP6 icons, white is air radar range, yellow surface, green sonar. The white cones off the missles are their onboard active radar seeker. If you have any questions understanding any of the things displyed, please ask. Note that this is a hobby analysis with publicly available data and tools, and not military research. Genocide Brought to You by the UAE: The Hunt in El Fasher Where Civilians Were Chased, Humiliated, and Executed by the UAE Backed Rapid Support Militia They cornered unarmed civilians in El Fasher, yelling, mocking, and laughing while recording themselves. “Get over here.” “Shut up.” “What are you hiding up your ass.” These are not words from a battlefield but from a gang of killers taunting men trying to survive. The victims pleaded, swore they had nothing, but the militia wanted humiliation before death. Seconds later, gunfire ended the conversation. This is how the UAE backed Rapid Support Militia (Janjaweed) operates, cruelty first, death after. They did not see civilians, they saw prey. Looting came between insults. Racism filled the air, “acting as if you are Arab,” one shouted before ordering, “Kill him now.” Then came the final command, “Kill them all.” The video shows a few minutes of horror, but what happened outside the camera’s frame is beyond words. Among those who appear in the footage are children, some barely in their teens, carrying rifles and shouting with the same hatred as the men beside them. Their presence reveals another layer of the crime, where childhood itself is stolen and turned into a weapon. Those who were chased fell where they ran. Those caught were stripped, mocked, and executed. Women and children who screamed were silenced forever. The ground of El Fasher, already soaked with grief, drank new blood that day. For more than 550 days, the people of El Fasher warned the world of this siege. They spoke of hunger, of fear, of the Rapid Support Militia tightening its grip while the world debated words. Every laugh in that video carries the weight of betrayal. The weapons they hold, the vehicles they ride, the confidence they have, all of it traces back to their sponsor. The United Arab Emirates, while speaking of peace in public forums, has fed this war in private with money, weapons, and political cover. The result is not just the death of people, but the death of truth. What we see in this footage is not an isolated crime. It is a mirror of an entire system built on impunity and foreign complicity. These are not rogue fighters, they are the instruments of a policy. And while they humiliate, rob, and kill, the world measures its words and hides behind diplomacy. This is not history, it is happening now. Genocide is unfolding in El Fasher. Civilians are being hunted and executed by a militia financed and armed by the UAE. The camera captured only a fragment of the nightmare, but that fragment is enough to expose the truth. Sudan bleeds while the world watches in silence. #Sudan #RSFisTerroristOrganization #UAEKillsSudanesePeople #UAESponsorsTerrorism

🚨🚨🚨Defending Ukraine's Skies🚨🚨🚨 🚨A More Cost Effective Way For Comprehensive Coverage For Ukraine’s Air Defence🚨 Ukraine’s skies have become one of the most heated contested battlegrounds in Europe. With relentless missile and drone attacks targeting cities, infrastructure, and civilians, effective air defence has become nothing short of a lifeline. Currently, Ukraine relies heavily on a limited number of high-end Western systems, including just six Patriot missile defence systems out of the promised 25.... For an example to the issue, Patriot air defence, while extremely capable, come at an extraordinary cost. Each Patriot system costing $1.1 Billion USD!. And an insane cost of $3 million and $5 million per missile, making their sustained use a massive financial burden, even with allied support. Additionally, other advanced systems, like the British Sky Sabre, have been deployed to provide valuable coverage. The SAMP/T system, which combines high-end radars and Aster missiles, has also contributed to Ukraine's defence. However, despite these critical contributions, Ukraine still lacks the scale of air defence needed to blanket its most vulnerable regions and protect all critical infrastructure effectively. If we want to protect Ukraine, we need something thats sustainable. Enter Gravehawk: A Game-Changing, Affordable Solution Purpose-Built for Ukraine. The British-developed Gravehawk air defence system which is quite literally 1,100 times cheaper that a Patriot air defence system. The Gravehawk air defense system has been specifically designed for Ukraine, prioritising both mobility and flexibility. Housed in a standard freight container, it can be effortlessly transported on the back of a truck, enabling rapid deployment or continuous mobility as required. A key advantage of the system is its separate control module, allowing operators to stay mobile and secure while overseeing its operations. The entire Gravehawk setup can be efficiently managed by a small, five-person team, with two members dedicated to reloading the system. While the potential Sky Shield Initiative could see a coalition of willing nations deploy 120 fighter jets over Ukraine, an effort supported by the hashtag #SkyShieldNow, there remains a critical need for reliable air defense as a last line of protection. This is especially true when these jets are deployed, as they will need to cover not only key Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure but also important areas for the coalition of willing, such as troop encampments and air bases. Ukraine already has two operational Gravehawk units on the ground, with an additional 15 systems scheduled to arrive before the end of 2025, thanks to a joint UK-Denmark initiative. Gravehawk’s strength lies in its simplicity and strategic brilliance, it repurposes Soviet-era R-73 (AA-11 Archer) air-to-air missiles, of which Ukraine already possesses in massive stockpiles. Alternatively the Gravehawk System can also use NATO AIM-9 Sidewinder Missiles which could also be supplied. These missiles are short-range, infrared-guided, and capable of taking down fighter jets, helicopters, drones, and even low-flying cruise missiles. When combined with the Gravehawk’s modern sensors and ground-based launch systems, they become a potent tool for defending Ukrainian cities and front lines whilst making easy work of incoming Shahed drones. But perhaps the most critical advantage is cost. Each Gravehawk system per-unit cost of approximately £933,333, a fraction of the price of most NATO-standard systems and under 1 Million pounds, which in military defence terms is next to nothing. To put this in perspective: one Patriot battery costs upwards of $1.1 billion, 1,100 times more expensive, with each launcher and radar component adding millions more on top of this cost. Simply put, the Gravehawk provides massive defensive value for a tiny fraction of the cost with incredible capabilities. This should be a wake-up call. An air defence system in which we could purchase more than 1,100 of for the same price as 1 Patriot system... It's insanity for the Patriot to be one of the main considerations. If the UK and its allies are serious about helping Ukraine build an integrated air defence shield, then scaling up Gravehawk deployment should be a top priority in line with other western air defence systems available. It’s fast to deploy, low-cost, uses existing Ukrainian munitions, and is battle-tested in real-time. This is the fastest and cheapest route to widespread air defence coverage, not only to protect lives today but to lay the groundwork for a secure and sovereign Ukraine in the years ahead. I respectfully urge the British government, including the Prime Minister and all relevant officials, to expand and scale up the Gravehawk program. By increasing the number of systems available, we can provide Ukraine with the critical air defense capabilities it needs to protect its people and secure its future. 🚨If you are reading this, and this is something you would support and believe is in Ukraine's best interest, I would appreciate it very much if you could like, repost, comment or bookmark this post so it creates traction to be seen. A surveillance regime is being assembled in front of our very eyes. Most of you do not understand the tyrannical nightmare directly ahead. People still talk like this is a future problem. It's not. The battle against dystopia is now. 1984 is here. It arrives as "efficiency," procurement, integrations, device adoption, and a slow widening of what the state can do to you without asking, without noticing you, without needing you to consent. The attached video shows a federal agent in tactical gear wearing Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses on his face while carrying out state work. A camera at eye level. A microphone. A network connection. Constant recording that becomes a file, then a feed, then a searchable object that can be attached to a case, cross-referenced, stored, shared, and re-used. Raw footage is noise until it can be fused, searched, and operationalized. That is where AI enters. ICE is paying Palantir to build "ImmigrationOS," described as a platform for near real-time visibility into enforcement workflows, including tracking people and helping decide who gets targeted. Immigration is a perfect testing ground because the public has been trained to tolerate exceptional measures when the target group is already politically disposable. The capability does not stay there. It never stays there. The nightmare is the stack itself. Capture at the edge, aggregation in the middle, AI scoring and targeting at the top. Doorbell cameras feed the state. License plate readers feed the state. Data brokers feed the state. Local sharing agreements feed the state. Wearables feed the state. AI compresses the labor cost of suspicion, so the state can watch more people, more often, with less human effort. That is the mechanical shift most people still do not understand. AI does not need to be sentient to be oppressive. It needs to be cheap enough to scale the state’s attention and fast enough to outrun your ability to contest what it thinks it knows. Let me paint you the picture: an agent walks up the block wearing smart glasses, and your face, your voice, your license plate, and the people you are standing with get captured immediately. That clip hits an internal system where AI transcribes, tags, and links it to whatever identifiers already exist, your name, your address, your contacts, your past crossings, your employer, your car, your social graph. The platform fuses that with location trails and camera networks, then assigns a "priority" score that quietly moves you up a queue nobody outside the system can see. A caseworker opens a dashboard and clicks through prebuilt options that generate a task list, knock, detain, transfer, pressure, repeat, with the paperwork already half-written by AI. This is tyranny by procedure. The real chokehold is anticipatory control. Once people know they can be indexed, scored, and surfaced for enforcement, they start trimming their speech, their associations, their routes, their friends. Dissent becomes a risk factor, organizing becomes exposure, and the state does not need to ban protest when it can make participation costly enough to thin the crowd. It inevitably expands to include anyone who interrupts the smooth operation of power, and this kind of surveillance gives power the ability to punish quietly, repeatedly, and selectively, with plausible deniability stapled to every click. This is the formula for tyranny. The state gains capability, then finds incentives to justify using it. Agencies protect budgets by "demonstrating output." Contractors protect revenue by "delivering results." Politicians protect narratives by demanding visible "enforcement." Restraint gets treated as "inefficiency." Efficiency gets treated as "virtue." Your rights get treated as "friction." Any system that allows institutions to assemble your biography without your consent, then act on it without due process, is an engine of domination. Some people tolerate it because they think they will never be the target. That belief is childish. Power does not remain polite. It expands to fill the permissions you give it. A surveillance regime always needs new enemies to justify itself, because a machine built for pursuit must pursue. The regime being assembled is not subtle, it is simply normalized. It runs on boredom, exhaustion, and the assumption that someone else will handle it. It's all being wired now, and once it is wired, it will not ask your permission to be used.

Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, with 1548 horsepower, as a true production vehicle, recorded a 7:04.957 Nürburgring lap time in June 2025, breaking the previous records held by Rimac Nevera (7:05.298) and Porsche Taycan Turbo GT (7:07.55). In a run against our BMW i4 M50, the SU7 made it feel as if we were driving a broken B58 in an M2. But stepping back before the final driving impression — our inspection of the vehicle brutally impressed us. Unlike mainstream media that focuses on panel gaps, leather on the gear selector, and other superficial “cup holder review” topics, we went a bit deeper under the surface. The first – and essentially the only serious downside – is that the car has SGW (Secure Gateway), meaning the OBD diagnostic port is locked. By searching for the powertrain CAN bus somewhere along the wiring harness, we were able to manually access the PT network, bypass the SGW, sniff the network and capture packets. The battery system is Qilin 2, with a CATL-derived BMS stack with only minor modifications (similar approach as seen in Xpeng and NIO). On the powertrain side, the CAN network looks very similar to a UAES/Bosch architecture (0x1A0–0x1AF). The official diagnostic tool costs around €10,000, but we are already developing our own tool so we can support this rocket within our service ecosystem. The BMS is an 800V system with 214 NMC prismatic cells in series, forming a 93.7 kWh battery pack tailored for high performance. The car offers up to 630 km (391 miles) CLTC range. It supports 800V fast charging, capable of 10–80% in just 11 minutes (5.2C rate). The pack supports 16C discharge, while the battery mass is 638 kg. The vehicle comes fully in track-focused configuration: massive ceramic brake discs, pads, calipers, wheels, and tires. Unlike the Model S Plaid, this car can take repeated track abuse for 6–7 hours continuously. The rear motor is a dual-unit setup with torque vectoring, which works brutally well but requires proper understanding of the system and tuning in Track Mode. The operating system is HyperOS, very similar to Tesla’s system — perhaps even more detailed in some aspects. Interior quality is excellent, driving characteristics are outstanding, and the overall ride comfort is surprisingly well balanced. The seats are actually more comfortable than those in the BMW i4. Now for the most interesting part. When disassembling interior plastics and cosmetic components, we discovered a surprisingly strong similarity to Tesla Model 3 / Model S next-generation chassis design. The front shock tower, shotgun rails, front HVAC carrier, even the rear seat clips — underneath, the battery penthouse layout, wiring routing, reinforcements, and cable positioning look extremely familiar. The vehicle weighs 2360 kg, while the full-carbon prototype series reportedly weighs around 1900 kg. impression? The overall quality of the vehicle is impressive for a company building its first electric car, especially considering it already broke every major performance record. A similar precedent happened once before — when Tesla introduced the Model S. The SU7 Ultra “democratizes” 1550 horsepower for under €100,000 — performance that is now literally accessible to everyone. Some street racing veterans spend over €250,000 on forged internals, turbo systems, and tuning just to reach similar numbers. Conclusion? This car doesn’t just challenge the German automotive industry — in this segment, it completely dominates it and practically euthanizes it. Every major component on this vehicle has been internally developed and manufactured in China, and pushed very close to perfection. The only thing we still don’t know is how repairable and serviceable the vehicle will be long-term — and only mileage and time will answer that question. Would we have one? Yes! We have already ordered one and started building the import and homologation network. Among our previous favorites — Tesla and BMW — this one is now clearly #1.

📖SEEDANCE 2.0 JUST MADE EVERY FILM SCHOOL IRRELEVANT FOR SOLO CREATORS Solo creators with the right workflow are closing clients that used to require a full production studio. Seedance 2.0 inside Dreamina holds character consistency across scenes in a way no other tool at this price point comes close to. Same face, same costume, same lighting logic — frame after frame after frame. That's the feature that turns a single prompt session into a short film. The lava demon materializing inside a gothic cathedral. The girl in black holding her ground while everything burns around her. Two characters with completely different visual languages sharing the same atmospheric world — and Seedance holds both of them consistent across every cut. That's not a generation. That's a production. Here's the 7-step workflow that produced this: • Step 1 — Define the character before you define the scene. Write a complete physical description — face structure, hair, clothing, skin, posture. This becomes the anchor every future generation references. • Step 2 — Build the world separately from the character. Gothic cathedral, candlelight, fog, cracked stone, scattered bodies. Define the atmosphere as its own entity before you place anyone inside it. • Step 3 — Generate the reference frame. One image that establishes the visual language, the color grade, the lighting temperature. Lock this as your style reference before generating any video. • Step 4 — Feed the reference into Seedance's image-to-video pipeline with a motion prompt. Camera behavior only — slow push, hold, circle. The image handles the subject. The prompt handles the direction. • Step 5 — Generate four variations per scene. Delete the two that look generated. Keep the one where the character's face holds and the atmosphere feels physical rather than rendered. • Step 6 — Edit in CapCut or Premiere Pro. Add music that matches the emotional temperature of the grade — the visual already tells you what the sound should feel like. Dark orchestral, slow tempo, single instrument carrying the melody. • Step 7 — Save the character description and reference frame as a template. The next episode starts from the same character in the same world. Series content becomes a system, not a restart. How a freelancer sells this: Dark fantasy content for game studios, music artists, and fantasy brands is a real market with real budgets. A musician dropping an album needs a visual world. A game studio needs promotional cinematics. A fantasy brand needs a story. Where to find clients: • Music artists on SoundCloud and Spotify releasing dark, gothic, or cinematic albums — search by genre, find artists with 1k–50k listeners who have no visual content. They have the audience and the need but no production budget for traditional video. • Indie game studios on Itch and Steam launching fantasy or horror titles — they need promotional cinematics and trailers but can't afford a production company. A single free scene built from their game's character art opens every conversation. • Dark fantasy and gothic brands on Instagram and TikTok with strong photo content but zero video presence — jewelry brands, clothing labels, occult lifestyle brands. They have the aesthetic already built. You just add motion to it. • Fantasy and horror fiction authors on Instagram and Substack launching new books — they need visual teasers, trailers, and world-building content to build pre-launch audiences. Most have no idea this kind of production is accessible at this price point. • Tabletop RPG creators and Dungeon Masters on Patreon and Kickstarter — they build entire fantasy universes and need cinematic content for campaigns, promotional videos, and subscriber rewards. The niche is underserved and the creators inside it spend consistently on content tools and services. 📥Tomorrow I'll show you what's sitting right next to this opportunity. 🔖Save this if you are looking for practical AI methods that actually pay.
