As someone who cannot do 1 pull up, he also did no pull ups.

There's this dude called Gero Arias. He's done 1 more pull up every day for 365 days. Non-stop. No rest days. So Day 1 - 1 pull up, Day 5 - 5, Day 100 - 100...and he does it without ever getting off the bar. In one go. Absolute mad man. My biggest inspiration going into 2025.

I did this too, though instead of adding one pull-up per day, I multiplied by 1 more each day. Starting with 0.
