This new STW hub is so awful man. It is visually cool but has 0 purpose and increases game load times so much. While waiting to load I was able to load the GW2 hub in that time. Rather add some more stuff like being able to fight husks outside or allow me to use the old ui.

How to choose the right weight for your working sets in the gym - You can weight select on a set by set basis - If you’re hitting or exceeding the high end of the rep range, you can/should increase the load even if this means it doesn’t stay uniform on a given day - If you’re falling below or you believe you’re in danger of falling below the low end of the rep range, you can/should decrease the load even if this means it doesn’t stay uniform on a given day - Weight does NOT have to stay uniform across your sets of a given exercise on a given day but you should have a good reason for adding or reducing load Ideal rep range = 5-10ish All sets should end as a result of you hitting failure or your RIR prescription (0-2ish) Is this the ONLY way to train effectively? This is my method to getting multiple Interceptions a game on Heisman👇🏾 - Hot Route yourself into Man Coverage. - Move Down close to the LOS (about 5 yards away from WR) - IMMEDIATELY get back to cover once the ball is snapped. On Heisman, the QB will throw it to your man if he has a step or 2 on you. If you're fast enough to recover, you can pick him off underneath.
