Did you know that in Blender you can easily distribute objects along curves? ✨ 1. Press Shift+A to add a bezier curve 2. In the geometry nodes editor press 'New' 3. Press Shift+A to add 'Curve to Points' and 'Instance on Points' nodes 4. Drag the object you want to distribute from the outliner onto the geonode editor and connect the sockets 5. Did you know that in Blender you can easily make pillows with the 'Cloth' modifier? ✨ 1. Select the object that's gonna be beneath your pillow 2. Press 'Collision' on the physics tab 3. Add a cube and add some loops to it with Ctrl+R 4. Press 'Cloth' on the physics tab 5. Enable 'Pressure' and set the custom target volume to 1. You can tweak this value depending on how big your pillow is 6. Decrease the collision distance in 'Object Collisions' 7. Press space to play the animation 8. Press Ctrl+3 to add a subdiv modifier with 3 levels to make it look smoother! You can choose a frame that you like and apply the 'Cloth' modifier to make it into a static mesh by going to the Modifiers tab, hovering over the 'Cloth' Modifier and pressing Ctrl+A! Get it on Gumroad (link below.) The free tier Laplacian Smooth modifier has also received fixes and optimizations. The Normals Proxy is a set of rigged Curves + Geometry Nodes magic. Place it around your anime face and get clean toon shading fast (compared to other methods.) I FINALLY managed to create a point cloud animation 💪 Here is how I did it using #GaussianSplatting, #Blender and 2 add-ons from KIRI Engine - 3D Scanner App . Creating point cloud animations has always been a dream of mine (inspired by masters like ), but the tech to create the point clouds and visual effects was always a huge barrier. Then I discovered these 2 Blender add-ons from Kiri engine after I had a chat with Jack Wang in my podcast, and it changed everything: 1- Create a splat with any tool or app you want 2- Install the free "Point Animate" add-on in Blender 3- Drag the 2 .ply you want to morph from --> to 4- Set source and destination in the add-on side panel At this point you could play around with various settings like noise scatter, noise intensity, wind and more. If you want to combine with the splat as well you can get also the 3DGS render to add cool dissolving effects, fancy lighting and really get the most out of your scans. If you end up using it please tag me. I am curious to see what much more skilled people than me can put together 😉

So, we simplified his take away with the help of an alignment stick as feedback How you start the swing will influence the rest: Josh would whip it inside and then up high making it very difficult to pivot the body well and deliver the club from a good place. We got Josh to stop at waist height as a check point and then feel a good pivot to the top where his arms were a little flatter. The result in the downswing was a much shallower approach leading to better turf interation and a more predictable straighter ball flight. #golf #golftips
