Police responded to a call about criminal activity when they saw a known drug user pacing in a parking lot, before being approached by another man, Andre Duvall. Officers tried to approach Duvall, but he took off running. After a short chase, Duvall reportedly tried to shoot at one of the officers around a blind corner. The officer then shot Duvall, who was then sent to the hospital. He has since been transferred to jail.
