Tom Homan thinks it’s ok to separate immigrant parents and children because that’s what happens if someone is arrested for a DUI (usually for a day until they are bailed out). Seeking asylum is not the same as drinking and driving. Under U.S. law, individuals have the right to seek asylum regardless of their manner of entry into the country. This means that even if someone enters the United States between official ports of entry, they are still eligible to apply for asylum. Things get even more complicated and inhumane if you consider the fact that there are thousands and thousands of immigrants who have had children born in the United States. I am all for protecting our border and stemming immigration, but we have to do it in a humane and ethical way.

I am not as yet, but more and more people are becoming State Nationals and withdrawing for the United States Corporations and it's policy enforcement. Remember, ALL cities are corporations and Police Officer work for cities and NOT "unincorporated" areas that are controlled by counties. Take a listen to this gentleman NOT get a ticket or have his unregistered vehicle towed by the "Police" or "policy enforcement officer". It's a tricky dance with English diction in order to not fall into their enforcement jurisdiction. This gentleman handled it perfectly. In order to be a State national you need to change the type of passport you have which will legally allow you to travel freely in the United States and the rest of the world for that matter. Also there are several court documents, state documents, with your name change that needs to happen in order for you to fully retrieve your trust. Had he been ticketed or his vehicle towed by an uninformed Deputy or Police Officer, the court would release the ticket and give him his "automobile" back with no fees paid. If you are a police officer and you really want to be in Constitutional "law enforcement" you need to work with a County as a Sheriff Deputy, or in my case, a criminal investigator working for the county District Attorney's office. Interesting to say the least...

First, to the Floridians who pay our bills: The University of Florida will always uphold speech and assembly rights, and we will also always follow the law. Too much of higher education has been captured by a lot of nonsense over the course of the last weeks, and that won't happen at the University of Florida. To the law enforcement officers who have kept things peaceful: Thank you. Your professionalism has been amazing. Over the course of the last two weeks in particular, you have been long suffering, giving protestors the right to exercise their free speech rights, but also the opportunity to come into compliance with our time, place & manner restrictions. Our goal has not been to arrest. It has been to help people get into compliance with the law. And what you have done in the face of being spit on, being shouted at with profanities, has been amazing. The professionalism of our law enforcement is a model for lots and lots of people across the country. To the protestors: You have heard us say this again and again. You have a constitutional right to protest, and we will protect that. But anyone who crosses the line with prohibited actions will face the consequences. This is a big university where not everyone is going to agree. We have 86,000 souls on this campus, and we will treat each other with respect. Unlike many institutions across the country, I'm incredibly proud that over the course of our 21 commencements over the last six days, we were able to celebrate our students and celebrate their families, which is the purpose of the commencement time. Too often in our time and place, we give the most voice to the loudest and angriest people. The University of Florida is not filled with angry people, and it's been wonderful to see a lot of moms have tears streaming down their cheeks as we were able to hold commencements over the course of the last week. And that's because of the fortitude and professionalism in particular of our law enforcement. And finally, to our Jewish students: UF is proud to be home to the most Jewish students anywhere in the country. This is the most Jewish university in the country, and it is great to be a Jewish gator. I want all of our students to feel safe. But more than the subjective feeling, I want our students to BE safe. FBI Omaha hosted a press conference yesterday with our law enforcement partners announcing the arrest of five individuals involved in an alleged conspiracy to engage in labor trafficking, sex trafficking, and other criminal activity at several hotel locations and “brow and lash” salons across Nebraska. Eugune Kowel, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Omaha, stated, “Human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery. This investigation revealed victims right here in the heart of the heartland forced into sexual activity, living and working in dangerous and filthy conditions, and extorted to work in grueling jobs with little to no pay. We will always stand shoulder to shoulder with our partners to aggressively identify and apprehend perpetrators of human trafficking, hold them accountable, and obtain justice for victims. Our approach to these horrific cases is always centered on the victims. We encourage anyone who may be a victim or have information about human trafficking to call us. We will continue to surge resources to arrest violent offenders in our community as part of the FBI’s Summer Heat Initiative.” Human trafficking cannot be combatted by one agency alone. For the seventh consecutive week, we Iranians, alongside our friends and allies, have gathered outside the UK Prime Minister’s Office to honour the memory of the brave men and women of our homeland who sacrificed their lives for freedom. These have been deeply moving moments of reflection and remembrance. We stand in solidarity with a nation in mourning, keeping alive the names and the cause of those who can no longer speak for themselves. What makes this vigil even more poignant is the continuing absence of a clear and decisive response to the legitimate aspirations of the Iranian people. For the seventh consecutive week, we Iranians, alongside our friends and allies, have gathered outside the UK Prime Minister’s Office to honour the memory of the brave men and women of our homeland who sacrificed their lives for freedom. These have been deeply moving moments of reflection and remembrance. 🚨 California just voted to pass AB 2624 aka “The Stop Nick Shirley Act”: This bill puts journalists at civil risk for investigating fraud and makes it harder to expose fraud in “immigration support services,” including NGOs, nonprofits and health care facilities that receive hundreds of millions from the state of California each year. This bill would have made it criminal to expose fake hospices in LA or the Somali “learing center” in Minnesota if they then claim “reasonable fear” and the business owner gives a written demand not to post the video. Plain and simple, California is trying to make it harder to expose fraud and scare individuals from investigating fraud in their communities, as they could be sued for an injunction to remove the video + forced to pay their attorney fees + minimum $4,000 in damages. The Attorney General's wife, Mia Bonta, created this bill and is now trying to make it law. How is this not a conflict of interest? California is full of FRAUDSTERS!

Due to extensive coverage in regards to the tragic accident that occurred in Florida on August 12th there has been quite a bit of disinformation and misinformation bieng spread. We just completed our 5th operation of 2026 here at #V4CR. In this one, we got 7 more arrests and 26 warrants on the child predators we caught. According to NCMEC’s stats that each predator harms 70 children in their lifetime on average, this op, alone, indicates 2,310 children spared from unthinkable trauma or death. We’re thankful and proud of our law enforcement allies working with us on this cause!
