"just don't break the law and you'll be fine" Maybe I want to break the law and I'm good at evading police. They should have to catch me on their own. Good sportsmanship kind of stuff.

Please stop the surveillance state there is no need for flock cameras or plate readers on the back of every intersection signal.

Not just if they're used for improper use - if they are used at all should be the benchmark. We don't need more surveillance. Or, build them and someone will cut them down. Tomato / TomAto.

Flock camera is malfeasance in and of itself. No public space should have a Flock device.

They got them on rural roads even, parking lots, with school zone cameras. I see the good but at the cost of every Americans privacy is to much. A tyrant government could use this with evil intentions kinda like they are doing with fisa.

You have a constitutional right to face your accuser in court. A camera is not sentient can’t accuse anyone of shit.

@ky_statesman I kinda disagree here, if some individual is masterbaiting a flock camera would be very useful. I understand that this is a privacy issue though.

The American people should destroy every flock camera. The American people don't want them and the government has no choice but to obey the American people.

they're gonna use it regardless and covertly hide the fact that they are using it there are cops who only want to be seen as a hero or a supercop and using Flock speeds up that process in their mind they're not doing due diligence is why they don't turn up to court after the fact

why not just ban flock from use in our state instead of keeping it around knowing its being abused to violate privacy and will continue to be abused? while you're at it shut down the axon fusus registry and bar it from operating.

We'll both ban it and any Sheriff who tries to ignore the ban will be removed from office using my power under Article IV, Section 7 of the FL Constitution.

Fishback is a dynamic charismatic individual. He should do well with the voters especially now a time like no other time.

Removing a sheriff? No. I loathe unconstitutional garbage but removing a sheriff is the same garbage

As.much as I hate flock cameras, Sheriffs are elected officials Where do you derive the power to remove them from office?

Would the police be upset if I set up my own cameras in front of the police station? Monkey see, monkey do.

You are a democrat and will do nothing. All talk, key words and phrases. NY’ers fell for the same BS and look what they got. You will be all talk and zero action. Florida will turn blue with you. A big NO vote for me.

How about you violate the 4th amendment and arrest all of the fucking criminals. We don’t care about the long term implications right now. Get the fucking criminal scum off off the streets.

There are flock cameras that have been installed by me in Lakeland, somewhere I wouldn’t expect them. I have seen people saying we should do what the blade runners in London were doing

what would this look from your pov? is it, no one reports it, no action can/to be taken? some criminal acts that would also ask you seek prosecution? Unless Sheriff’s have immunities, which, imo, a Sheriff cannot perform as a law enforcement officer, but serves them, and by them - We. as Governor, why not take swift action that is State wide and collaborate with such incompetent Sheriff’s, to bring competency, unless they are found something grand jury etc etc.. Like that’s your ball, Mr. Hopeful, imo. i’m only seeing you have a hit list, imo, flock cameras can kick rocks, vehicles in service activating when permissible? Seems more wee woo-able. these cameras everywhere? A nightmare, if anyone else gets their hands on them? You’ll have many many trapped human trafficking victims, in-fact i would argue every single one is now even more immobilized, plus if they are anything like what i am used to operating with.. you’ve got a WHOLE lot of …. :( ready to :(((, proprietarily said. instead if arguing all the way up or in Congress, i would probably order a statewide stop, and bring the law into the FLSC, assuming a governor can just stop something and get that privileged touch over everyone else —- in it’s current form it’s unconstitutional - a pole is not a place for that thing, an in service law enforcement vehicle? Yes. International Ports? No. I mean it may scatter the 900 LEOs during a Florida Blue, do y’all just converge for the pay or is it good for your resume? But remove the Sheriff? Before listening to them ? (Unless you’ve tour de Sheriff’d already)
