Minimum wage is 77k.. So would the average Nigerian afford this in minimum wage? It's, for politicians and yahoo boys 😆

This is the most useless, non functional and non performing government in south west. Lawlessness in ogun state, terrible road network. By all standards, Ogun should be competing with Lagos since it’s an industrial hub, but NO. It’s just Terrible!!! 🥴

The building did not extend to State hospital Ota because patients have to buy hospital essentials out of pocket which is not supposed to be.

re these homes affordable for the masses??? Can someone with #70,000 minimum wage afford it ??? We all know how these things work . Give the children free education, everyone will benefit that ,do roads ,provide security

A greater Ogun State must be built not only with roads and industries, but with liveable communities where people can afford to call home. 🏠 Build the homes. Build the communities. Build Ogun.

Kudos to our Governor and The Ogun State government, i will advise the coming government to introduce a high-rise building in our efforts to Housing landscape and structure and everyone can own an apt comfortable and reduce the use of land on structure like this.

Mr.Guvnor who are these houses for? They must be out of reach of 99.9% of your citizens! You should've poured these resources downtown. You should've built 10000 barebones homes (100sqm max) for artisans & junior civil servants. That's where the greatest housing needs reside.

Bro you be Governor all this years and Sango Otta road be like say we still Dey 1930 . Na wa for you o

How many iya Sule eleran can afford this ?how many baba Lamidi oni bread can afford this ?we are not as stupid as you people think we are.

Governor sir, who is supervising the road construction going on at Akute Ijoko to Sango road, attached video is what happened at Jolasco area along the road yesterday after some minutes rainfall!

This is fake & deceptive. We all know d criminal ruse behind this shit. Egbon u're a bad man to ur people. It will be highly stupid of ur people, haven't seen how fleecing u're to their patrimonial wealth and they still say they're voting for u to represent them at the Senate.

How many salary eaners can afford this house, who can buy this house without illegal money, is govt building for it's hardworking citizens or thieves that have embezzled the govt money

@the_millenium1 This man! 🤯🤯

Can you people just build a vertical housing for low income earners not all this duplex your own civil servants can’t afford.Whats wrong with 10 story building with mini flats

You're the most useless governor in SW Nigeria. Look at the roads in Ogun state, Look how they look, are you proud of doing nothing but fine boy decorations on that seat? Useless governor.

Houses that will be sold for millions that many Average people can’t afford will never be in support of these type of project ,it doesn’t benefit the poor or Average Ogun state indigenes The best way to go is for the state government to rent out the houses directly

I have said it several times, Ogun state being closer to Lagos has the opportunity to outshine Lagos in terms of real estates, Ogun have good lands, weather, the only thing is bad roads.

What category of people are these houses built for? Definitely not the low or medium income earners. So, you are not practically solving any major housing deficit that affects the low or medium income earners. Not even civil servants can buy this. Misplaced priorities as usual.

Nigeria government will come online to whitewash people about sweet good projects that utterly is done for them in government's benefits and trying to pain it as if it's for the poor masses of the nation.

But fr, where are the people benefiting from these housing estates? 😭 Nobody in the comments is even saying, “I got a house here.” If it’s built with taxpayers’ money, we should be seeing taxpayers actually benefiting from them. Government of the few & for the benefit of the few

"We believe that every family deserves the opportunity to live in a decent environment and every community deserves the infrastructure required to thrive." Is this housing estate really for every family or wealthy families only? How is this really different from private developers properties?

Ifo is suffering abeg…. Bad roads everywhere

How affordable is it? That should be the main bone of contention. You should do more.

Ijebu Igbo no dey among Ogun abi. Sha do make u leave

After heavy rain, unpaved laterite often ruts or turns slippery when the drainage and a wearing course aren't in yet. Ordinary cars can have a hard time getting through, and all-weather access is part of keeping Prince Court and Kings Court liveable year-round. Storm drains typically go in much earlier than the last roof. We'd put the wearing course and working drainage on the next estate package before occupancy this quarter.

Re-Build a fucking road lol! 😂

I hope this is not AI generated video bcus it looks like it. Away from that. I can’t but thank Mr governor of the work done

When will government start selling homes to non-government workers who doing legitimate businesses on their own? I need a home!!!

Can salary earners live in this house? Ehhh ogbeni Dapo😏

Mr Governor these elephant projects do not reflect the suffering and frustrations of your people. Is Ogun state cursed with bad roads?? I ask again, is Ogun state CURSED with bad road?.

APC will use propaganda to wound us for this country

Sango ota a gateway hub with a road network looking like a city under civil war. It’s taking almost forever to finish that road. I just pity those living within that axis. Shame on your administration!

Less that 24 hours, look at European homes a governor is bragging with. Tiny windows like you’re in Norway Everybody wants to look like Lekki Also they are not made for low income earners. One day we’ll be rid of your kind in government
