This is the most useless, non functional and non performing government in south west. Lawlessness in ogun state, terrible road network. By all standards, Ogun should be competing with Lagos since it’s an industrial hub, but NO. It’s just Terrible!!! 🥴

The building did not extend to State hospital Ota because patients have to buy hospital essentials out of pocket which is not supposed to be.

A greater Ogun State must be built not only with roads and industries, but with liveable communities where people can afford to call home. 🏠 Build the homes. Build the communities. Build Ogun.

Kudos to our Governor and The Ogun State government, i will advise the coming government to introduce a high-rise building in our efforts to Housing landscape and structure and everyone can own an apt comfortable and reduce the use of land on structure like this.

Mr.Guvnor who are these houses for? They must be out of reach of 99.9% of your citizens! You should've poured these resources downtown. You should've built 10000 barebones homes (100sqm max) for artisans & junior civil servants. That's where the greatest housing needs reside.

You're the most useless governor in SW Nigeria. Look at the roads in Ogun state, Look how they look, are you proud of doing nothing but fine boy decorations on that seat? Useless governor.

Houses that will be sold for millions that many Average people can’t afford will never be in support of these type of project ,it doesn’t benefit the poor or Average Ogun state indigenes The best way to go is for the state government to rent out the houses directly

I have said it several times, Ogun state being closer to Lagos has the opportunity to outshine Lagos in terms of real estates, Ogun have good lands, weather, the only thing is bad roads.

What category of people are these houses built for? Definitely not the low or medium income earners. So, you are not practically solving any major housing deficit that affects the low or medium income earners. Not even civil servants can buy this. Misplaced priorities as usual.

Nigeria government will come online to whitewash people about sweet good projects that utterly is done for them in government's benefits and trying to pain it as if it's for the poor masses of the nation.

But fr, where are the people benefiting from these housing estates? 😭 Nobody in the comments is even saying, “I got a house here.” If it’s built with taxpayers’ money, we should be seeing taxpayers actually benefiting from them. Government of the few & for the benefit of the few

"We believe that every family deserves the opportunity to live in a decent environment and every community deserves the infrastructure required to thrive." Is this housing estate really for every family or wealthy families only? How is this really different from private developers properties?

After heavy rain, unpaved laterite often ruts or turns slippery when the drainage and a wearing course aren't in yet. Ordinary cars can have a hard time getting through, and all-weather access is part of keeping Prince Court and Kings Court liveable year-round. Storm drains typically go in much earlier than the last roof. We'd put the wearing course and working drainage on the next estate package before occupancy this quarter.
