I know following Nick Saban as head coach is difficult, but it’s not about his aura. It’s about his actual production. When he got to LSU he wasn’t the Nick Saban we know now. He was a former Michigan State head coach who took a job in a great place that didn’t have great players. He turned that program into the best job in the world. He did the same for Bama.
