Schoolgirls in Braintree, Colchester, Chelmsford and other neighbouring cities have experienced harassment, including being filmed by the foreign, undocumented men.

Once again at midnight, the Sindh police violently attacked a peaceful protest organized in solidarity with the Baloch Yakjehti Committee’s Baloch Raaji Muchi and in opposition to the brutal crackdown on the movement. Today, the 11-day sit-in protest by the families of forcibly disappeared Baloch individuals was attacked by the forces when they were marching towards the Red Zone. Elderly men, women, and children were subjected to brutal violence, including live firing. Dozens of protesters were taken into custody and shifted to unknown locations. For decades, the state institutions' response to peaceful demonstrations has been violence and intimidation. The forced disappearances and genocide of the Baloch people continue, and when the families and civil society protest, they are treated with cruelty, beaten, dragged, and imprisoned. After facing severe crackdown, the protesters have reorganized and continued their protest. We urge the Baloch and Pashtun people to join the protest as soon as possible and call on the judiciary to intervene in this matter to safeguard the right to peaceful assembly of these already victimized people.

At this hour, rescue operations continue in Novhorod-Siverskyi following a massive Russian drone attack on the city. Around twenty Shaheds were used, causing extensive destruction. MINNEAPOLIS: A massive crowd has converged at the Target Center downtown after a march from Commons Park, one of several “Day of Action” protests today in the metro. They’re calling for an end to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement surge, which has seen several thousand agents deployed since earlier this month. This morning, protesters at the Fort Snelling light rail platform blocked the north access road to the federal Whipple Building, prompting sheriff’s deputies to issue multiple dispersal orders. It’s unclear if any arrest were made. At the Target Center, a brass band was performing as the march arrived around 3 p.m., where an indoor rally is nearly underway.
