Come for the hilarious interaction between Xander Schauffele and Doug Ferguson. Stay for the great answer about the trend of removing trees from historic golf courses. "When I hear certain designers saying, I'm going to restore this course to 1915, I'm like, Well, it probably takes a good hundred years for a nice tree to grow, just to take it out, just to say it was where it was before. "I think people keep talking about distance and how the game is played, but just put a bunch of trees on a course -- I think Hilton Head is a good example. Do I like Hilton Head? Not really. But it's hard. It's kind of crazy, if you look at the winning score at Hilton Head and the winning score at Doral, one's called Hilton Head, and one's called the Blue monster. You're like I think the winning score at Miami is lower. It's just funny when you kind of look at it in that sense."

There’s a saying that even if you look at the same scenery, who you look at it with matters more. That day was exactly a day that fitted it. It was Lotte World that I often go to and the omakase I visit the most, and I had often gone stargazing too. That day, everything was of the best quality and such a good person was next to me, so I think it was a perfect day in every way.

#SEONGHWA said this period he took a break from working out and it's hard to get back into it now and he likes the softer/rounder look on him😆 ⭐️: After taking that break I feel like I can’t get back into it again, haha. I know I have to… I really do… but it’s not easy, yeah. And recently, well, that’s how it’s been. People say I look like I lost weight, but I didn’t. I actually gained some, I’ve gotten a bit chubby these days, all soft and round. Recently, yesterday and today too at the fansign, I saw the photos fans took of me and I totally look round/like ddeong-circle. But I look good (like this), right? Yeah. I think so too. And then I was looking at the photos from our tour, the ones where I wore that purple velvet outfit during Wake Up. And back then I was so skinny that… honestly, it didn’t look good either.

Are you actually a good holder? Holding a football is something that looks relatively easy. Then you realize you have to catch the ball at the same distance every single time, make quick adjustments using your hands, and set it exactly how the kicker wants it on every rep. When you think about it like that, it’s actually a pretty difficult task. Only if you don’t work at it. Becoming a great holder takes time. It’s doing the little things and getting as many real reps as you possibly can. This is a simple drill I worked on before I came back to the NFL. I have a friend who doesn't read anything published in the past 50 years, and the more I think about it, the more I think he's onto something. The reason is that time is the best filter we have for quality. People are bad at judging quality in the moment but very good at getting rid of junk over time. — — "History is not very good at capturing all that is great in art. It is not good at that. There are many great symphonies that have been lost permanently, there are many great painters that died unknown and their paintings are gone, there's novels that have been written that no one will ever read. So history is not good at capturing all this great art. But history is very good at discarding all that is mediocre. And the amount of time that that takes, it's something like 50 years. So over the course of 50 years, what will happen is a lot of stuff that was prominent will be re-filtered and re-filtered and re-filtered, and you'll end up with a smaller group of things which have survived that test of time. So if you think about it right now, if you go back and look at the bestseller lists for 1974, 1973, there's a lot of that that would have been highly regarded at the time, which people do not read anymore for a variety of reasons, and there's some that has survived, and that's a very telling distinction. So in a world where I'm turning 60 this year, you have a limited amount of time, all four of us have active lives, we want to make sure that if we're going to sit down, we're going to read carefully, we're going to meet and we're going to discuss it in detail, we want to make sure that the work is rewarding. So here is the YES Network broadcast with Michael Kay, and this really isn’t a great look for Michael. You cannot talk in the sixth inning about how this should have been a hit and be surprised that an error was posted, and then get mad when this was correctly fixed between the seventh and eighth. Michael talked about how once the Tampa Bay Rays got a cleaner hit this would get changed because it should have been scored a hit all along. Good on the scorer for swallowing his pride and making sure he got this right. It’s easy to make a mistake (we all make them) but it would have been really easy to wait for a hit and THEN change it. I normally never mention the scorer but since they showed and named him on the broadcast, good on Bill for realizing that this needed changed and doing it BEFORE another hit. Also New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone said postgame that he knew it was a hit and was surprised at the E3 ruling, which makes Kay’s ranting here look a little sillier. #RepBX #RaysUp

Finished the DMC anime and honestly it's at best a 6/10. The writing is all over the place, the cgi is absolutely hirrendous, and the animation in general is wildly inconsistent. But the worst of it all, was that ending. Man that ending sucked. I didn't like it at all.
