2023. VP Kamala Harris and Australia PM Anthony Albanese praise Australia's strict gun control laws. The country prohibits people from owning guns (and other weapons) for the purpose of self defense. In 2024 Australia rolled out additional gun control measures, including giving police the ability to seize weapons without a warrant if they suspect someone holds "sovereign citizen ideologies."

When the hell are we gonna admit gun-free zones and strict gun control only disarm good people while psychos still get their hands on weapons? This just happened at a Chick-fil-A in NJ—one of the most restrictive gun-grab states in the country. 6 shot, 1 dead. Criminals don’t obey laws, period. Arm law-abiding citizens, harden soft targets, and stop pretending more restrictions will magically fix evil. Prayers to the victims and families, but thoughts and prayers alone won’t cut it anymore.

He also attempts to make it seem as though California, a state w/gun control laws, has a worse gun violence problem then Texas w/none. FACT: As of July 2022, California had an average of 8.5 gun deaths per 100K people, while Texas had 14.2 per 100K. Texas's gun death rate is around 67 percent higher than that of California's, per 100K people.

Muslims migrated to France over the past two decades and France took them in while making it difficult for the people of France to own guns for self protection. We need strict immigration laws and strong borders and always defend our great second amendment rights. Kentucky doesn’t need to codify federal gun control. Yesterday in Judiciary Committee, legislators heard a bill proposal that would change Kentucky law to adopt a federal firearm restriction. I’m vehemently opposed to gun control at the federal level—why on earth would we want to codify it into a state law here in the Commonwealth?! As a stalwart defender of our Second Amendment Rights, it is my hope that federal firearm restrictions will be repealed by Congress, or at least overturned like the bump stock ban. The last thing we need is more gun control at the state level. Those of us working to repeal existing gun control laws already have our hands full! This is Kentucky, and our right to keep and bear arms is not negotiable. 🇺🇸

In some states, a 13-year-old can walk into a gun show and LEGALLY buy a gun from a private seller. Don’t believe me? Watch this 7-year old video below. The sale of firearms by private sellers, often referred to as "private sales" or "private transfers," is subject to state laws, and regulations can vary significantly from one state to another. In some states, it is legal for someone under 18 to purchase a firearm from a private seller. Federal law does generally prohibits the sale of guns to individuals under 18. However, there are some exceptions and variations in state laws. Private sales are one of those exceptions, and in many states private sales can take place at gun shows without a background check being required. Can anyone honestly say they are OK with this?

Don’t let ideology push you to a conclusion. Look for yourself. PS: Agents of course could have mistaken the phone for a gun after one screamed “GUN! GUN!”
