Very pleasantly surprised to discover Cursor cloud agents can playtest the godot game I built. See the (sped up) video below of the agent playtesting the game. As I was watching it play the game, I can see the agent slowly learn how the game works and familiarise with the game's UI. I also realised that the agent is a very 'safe' player, choosing to play very safely and retreating from battle if it foresees it can't defeat. Very interesting to see. I wonder if I could simulate different game playtester behaviours that mimic different types of real-world player archetypes. With agentic playtesting, this means that the agents are able to provide actual gameplay feedback and suggestions to improve the game, having played the game itself. This unlocks a whole lot of possibilities for AI-assisted game dev, since it closes the playtest loop. This feels like the future of recursive game development, where agents can now recursively build > playtest > improve the games they are working on. Thanks edwin for letting me know that these agents can actually playtest games, not just software! Very excited to dig deeper to see what I can do with these agents with computer access!

Our open-source RAG app, Verba, can now run Ollama models locally to embed documents into Weaviate and generate answers without your data leaving your device! I tested it with Llama3, and it works great + super quickly on my M2; In this recording, I'm doing a little Verba-ception, asking Verba what Verba is 🤤 You can also use open-source models like Mistral, Claude, or your own custom LLMs. This will make doing RAG with sensitive data possible since you won't depend on APIs anymore. Looking forward to everyone trying it out 🤗 Update's coming next week!

Our @Grammarly AI agents are here! Today, we’re launching eight new AI agents designed for students and professionals. We created many of these agents with students in mind because they’re the first generation entering a job market where employers expect both subject expertise AND AI fluency. These agents help with everything from finding credible sources to predicting reader reactions. One agent we’ve gotten great feedback on is AI Grader (I wish I had this in school), which you can see in the video below. It looks at your assignment rubric and gives you suggestions like your professor would, and a grade prediction before you submit your work. And these agents are available in docs, our new AI-native writing surface! I’m deeply proud of this launch—docs is powered by Coda (Superhuman Docs) technology and is a great integration moment between Grammarly and Coda. This is just the beginning of Grammarly’s journey to offering agents that work everywhere people work and collaborate. I'm starting on a new project #buildinpublic 🤠 ✅ ahrefs sub 📚 initial keyword research 🆕 .com domain name But this is different. Why? I'm starting with SEO & marketing, then fleshing out the product afterwards. It's been a busy morning already thanks to Ahrefs. From the learnings of grandmaster sensei — I will be using my other projects for backlinks & focus on SEO instead of adding as an afterthought. The plan: ------------------------- [hacks explained further down] 1. keyword research 2. more keyword research [HACK #1] 3. content plan 4. choose topics, subtopics & post outline using long-tail keywords found in 1. & 2. [HACK #2] 5. landing page, blog & initial marketing 6. barebone MVP 7. blog with content hubs [HACK #3] 8. initial backlinks [HACK #4] 9. marketing & launch 10. talk to users & iterate while SEO is slowly cooking in the background (hopefully by the time the product matures SEO is booming) ... 🔁 continue to fill in posts according to the content plan. then back to 1 & 2. more long-tail posts & create free tools to improve ranking + increase no. of backlinks. Hack #1 --------- Explore keywords for "result intent" SEO. Figure out guides & tutorials for keywords with DR long tail ones. Create structure for internal links, e.g.: /generic-topic-keyword (links to all posts) ➡️/more-specific-subtopic-keyword (links to child posts) ➡️➡️/very-specific-post-1 ➡️➡️/very-specific-post-2 etc. Hack #3 --------- Create hubs for generic keywords with links to subtopics and long-tail posts. The hubs themselves should be somewhat informative but mostly an overview. => My crazy idea: before I have the content, add external links to authoritative sources for each specific post. I'll slowly write my own content to replace those and move the links inside the post. Hack #4 --------- Use my other projects to write posts on the new product and link to it to get a decent domain ranking fast. Launch on PH with a beta, mostly for the good backlink. Add repos with md files to Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket etc. for some easy backlinks. 🤠 Crazy enough to work, right?* *to note: I've validated the idea and am somewhat sure people will pay for it. But, I'd still like to shorten each step to minimize my risk & ship fast. Thinking: 1 week research, 1 week dev, 1 week marketing, 1 week content. What could go wrong? :D

The hubs themselves should be somewhat informative but mostly an overview. => My crazy idea: before I have the content, add external links to authoritative sources for each specific post. I'll slowly write my own content to replace those and move the links inside the post. Hack #4 --------- Use my other projects to write posts on the new product and link to it to get a decent domain ranking fast. Launch on PH with a beta, mostly for the good backlink. Add repos with md files to Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket etc. for some easy backlinks. 🤠 Crazy enough to work, right?* *to note: I've validated the idea and am somewhat sure people will pay for it. As I focused on building agents for ETERNUM HAS MOVED, it became clear that agents playing games require infinite paths to achieve goals. Thus, it's not scalable to hardcode functions—agents need to have total fluidity to take any action or call anything the game requires in any order. And ironically onchain infra is perfect for agent playgrounds because of its open nature. This exploration led me to create Daydreams.Systems (x402, 8004 agents), which focuses on the hardest problems of agents: long time-horizon goals using Hierarchical task networks (HTN). Daydreams agents don't require custom code—they work entirely based on 'sleeves'—which are just markdown files that explain how the agent can interact with the service (API docs, game guides, etc.) My thesis is simple. By focusing on the hardest problem (games), the design of the library will naturally lean towards an optimal structure for any problem an agent could face. The Visual Studio Code insiders version that just shipped and will ship in the next few days will come with an insane amount of new capabilities. A few highlights: - You can now run sub-agents in parallel. Yes, really. I even attached a video. - Major UX improvements for sub agents, especially visible in the chat window - A new search tool wrapped as a sub-agent that iteratively runs multiple search tools: semantic_search, file_search, grep_search Which connects nicely to the point above: multiple searches running in parallel, efficiently and fast - Anthropic’s Message API is now enabled by default - You can choose the model for the cloud agent (three available, all premium) - Extended thinking support when using the Claude cloud agent This is part of the broader multi-vendor cloud support under AgentsHQ I wrote about a few weeks ago - Tasks sent to the background agent (basically the CLI tool) now always run in isolation, each with its own git worktree - In a multi-repo workspace, assigning a task to a cloud agent prompts you to choose the target repo Same behavior when opening an empty workspace with no repo - Support for building an external index for files not supported by GitHub’s default indexing - UI/UX improvements for starting new sessions and switching between local / background / cloud agents - Skills are now first-class citizens, just like prompt files, with better UX indicating when a skill is loaded - Improved API for dynamic contribution of prompt files New V2 includes skills as part of the model. HTML Artifacts are a big part of how I work with agents now. Artifacts can be more than just static files. When combined with agents, they can take action or help you take action. This unlocks all kinds of interesting ways to work with agents. This is clearly the future. Check out this writing and scheduler artifact I built in a few minutes. It uses a bit of HTML and JS. All the data is in markdown (Obsidian vaults), so the agent can access and modify it at any time. No DB needed. No sophisticated functionalities. The agent decides all that for me based on the skills, context, and memory it has access to. The best part about this simple stack is that all the important information stays with me. This has allowed me to build a recursive self-improving system and automations that can better tap into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code. I could have paid or built an entire app for scheduling posts, and there are so many of them out there. But I don't need to. I've realized a simple artifact does the job. And the simplicity of it is actually an advantage. Very little maintenance for very high returns on personalization, time, and efficiency. The other benefit of this is that I can add features as I please. That level of personalization feels magical, and we should all be pursuing more of it. All of this just keeps compounding. Of course, this example is just about writing. But I have similar artifacts for research, design, experimentation, evaluation, and so much more. And no, I didn't actually publish the post example I shared in the clip. It was just for demonstration purposes. I actually spend more time than this when writing together with agents. Lastly, having built my own agent orchestrator tool has made me realize that simplifying the tool stack is a superpower.
