Today, I pressed Secretary Hegseth on the alarming number of senior generals and admirals who were removed from their positions or blocked from promotions. More than half of these service members were female or black. For the first time in more than a decade, no active-duty female naval officers are likely to be promoted to admiral. Reports that women and people of color are disproportionately fired or sidelined create the impression that their service is not valued. This will discourage well-qualified women and people of color from joining our Armed Forces, depriving us of their talent, dedication, and patriotism.

My advice to anybody is to make sure that you do not pay more than a third of your after-tax income towards a mortgage, or you're gonna get yourself in trouble. You may have to downsize your house a little bit to abide by that rule, but if you're paying more than a third of your after-tax-free income to service your mortgage, you're putting yourself in a very risky position. You have to live in addition to maintain the home. There's taxes, there's monthly maintenance, and then there's the risk of variability of the actual mortgage rate. That really starts to put a squeeze on them.

Ladies, please make sure you know how to handle a gun. Your life may literally depend on you knowing what to do without freezing up. Reach out to your local police department or sheriff’s office and see when they have classes and range times. Be proactive and so hopefully you never have to reactive. How many of you ladies and men your wives, daughters, or girlfriends know to properly handle a weapon? ***I am NOT advocating violence, I AM advocating for self protection!

Do not react to hooting, insults, rude gestures or aggressive driving, and avoid making eye contact with an angry driver. Never brake-check, chase, or try to teach another motorist a lesson, as this can escalate the situation. Rather create distance by slowing down safely, changing lanes when possible, or allowing the aggressive driver to pass. Keep your doors locked and windows up if someone appears threatening. There’s nothing wrong with choosing who you roll with… One of the biggest mistakes I see hobbyist BJJ practitioners make is feeling like they’re forced to roll with everyone. In my opinion, you don’t have to roll with anyone. We only get one body, and we’re all here for the long run. So it’s totally fine to communicate, politely and in a friendly way, when you don’t feel comfortable rolling with someone. If someone is much younger than you, or much heavier, or just rude, it might be a better option to avoid rolling with that person. It’s all about preserving your body for the long run and making sure you stay on the mats for years to come. Would love to hear your thoughts…

Here’s my take: we may never know what exactly transpired with the Vegas truck or what motivated it. Do the details matter to how we should prepare? Not really. There is a real threat, and there’s so much we don’t know. Here’s some basic things to focus on: Learn how to apply a tourniquet and carry them. If you have kids make sure you have tourniquets that fit your kids. Be vigilant. Say something if you see something, don’t be afraid to report it if something seems off. You could save lives. Public panic causes real damage and puts lives at risk, so also focus on yourself and your emotional state. Don’t contribute to panic - stay calm, make reasonable efforts to prepare, and be aware of your environment to remain safe. This isn’t an overnight fix - we have a long road ahead of us to truly make America safe again. God bless. 🇺🇸

I just inscribed the FILTER module to Termina! You can now SEARCH and FILTER bitmap content and fields, powered by CRAWL and the WORLDTREE data! Go to: Try > filter content bitoshi blockamoto > filter type audio > filter address skynet > filter (type image) (timestamp 2023) > filter help Make sure you have the latest snapshot from WORLDTREE, or have run your own CRAWL and WORLDTREE (warning - these take a long time! I'll be looking into ways to make running these more accessible). Bring your own data: The help menu is your friend here! Please try as much as you can. You can filter single values, or multiple things at the same time with parenthesis. I've found so many inscriptions on Bitmap this way! Please have fun with it, and if you make a new inscription on Bitmap, be sure to run "crawl bitmap [range]" and "worldtree bitmap full [range]" on your district so you can search & filter, and make sure to add it to github via a pull request. This way we can share the latest snapshot data. If you want to build your own dataset, try using CRAWL and WORLDTREE. I warn you though, the CRAWL module especially will take days if you don't have 18 windows open each scanning a range (in which case it will take about 8 hours). The WORLDTREE module takes about 8 hours with just one window open, so probably can accellerate the speed with multiple windows. This is why it's easier to piggyback off the github snapshots, but in the future these scans will be baked into the fabric of the operating system, automatically updated by users exploration and constantly scanning in the background (if turned on). Maybe there's some synergy to be had in this regard with ZmAKin_1981.🟧 extension to make sure we always have latest data. Anyway, that's all for now folks! Please share your findings.
