Wow Microsoft has released its alternative to ChatGPT's custom GPTs. You can build stand-alone copilots (=GPTs) with a no-code tool. It's called Copilot Studio and lets you connect Copilot (=ChatGPT) to your data sources. Like ChatGPT, you can share them but also manage user controls and analytics. Copilot Studio is available with Copilot for Microsoft 365 as a preview.

You can now access AI directly from your database! Here is a step-by-step demo that uses GPT-4 to classify customer reviews from a MySQL dataset. And I'm only writing SQL instructions! You have to see it! The model acts as another table in the database. I can query it and join it with other tables. It's awesome! This is all thanks to mindshub. Microsoft still can’t decide what Copilot should be on Windows 11. Microsoft is testing a new Copilot docking experience, and it feels like Microsoft is quietly going back to the original sidebar idea. Copilot still opens as an app by default, but there’s now a new title bar menu with custom snapping options. You can keep it as a normal app, use picture-in-picture, or dock Copilot to the left or right side of the desktop. When docked, Windows 11 resizes your workspace around Copilot. Your apps move aside, File Explorer adjusts, and Copilot stays pinned to the edge instead of floating like a separate window.
