Just over two years after we inaugurated the ice cream plant at Purabi Dairy, I’m delighted to see #MadeInAssam ice creams now being exported to Bhutan. This is a proud milestone for the dairy farmers of the West Assam Milk Producers’ Cooperative Union Limited, whose dedication has made the Purabi brand a growing success. Our vision is clear, Assam must have a White Revolution of its own. We are working to raise milk production to 10 lakh litres a day and build a vibrant dairy industry.
