A BIG WIN AGAINST 'HEALING'-BASED ILLEGAL CONVERSION RACKETS 🔴Pastor Yoseph Gill from Punjab arrested by Pune Police under Anti-Superstition Act 🔴Accused had publicly claimed at an event that his “prayers” cured a woman of AIDS 🔴The event was masked as 'Christmas Celebration' HOW HE WAS ARRESTED ▶️On 9 Dec 2025, Pastor Gill organised an event in Pune named Christian Celebration, where the promotional poster said - 'HIV positive patient treated by Prabhu' ▶️The poster introduced him as “spiritual son of Dr Apostle Ankur Yoseph Narula” - the same network repeatedly linked to miracle-healing propaganda and religious conversions ▶️Pune resident Siddharth Shahuraj Chavan filed a police complaint against Gill, stating that he was spreading dangerous superstitions among poor and Dalit communities to convert them ▶️Yerwada Police in Pune booked Gill under Section 3(2) of the Maharashtra Anti-Superstition and Black Magic Act, and arrested him the same day ▶️Chavan told Rashtra Jyoti he recorded the event where the claims were made by a woman named Sunita, and then submitted to police A WIN AND A WARNING For years, pastors like Gill have operated with impunity: - Claiming to cure AIDS, cancer, infertility, disability etc through prayers to Jesus. - Running a full-fledged conversion industry under the guise of “healing”, targeting the poor and Dalits in particular - Planting hate and fear towards ancestral Indian traditions and Hindu beliefs This victory belongs to every grassroots yoddha who has been taking on these mafias - often alone, village after village, town after town. Rashtra Jyoti has supported and honoured many such yoddhas. This win is also a warning to the entire illegal conversion industry: Conversion through fraud and false propaganda is a crime and cannot be masked as a constitutional right. If you indulge in it, you belong to jail.

Accused of Abetment to crime. ~The victims were allegedly forced to perform namaz and eat beef against their religious beliefs. ~The management and HR reportedly abetted the abuse instead of protecting employees. 👉Key exposure on 'Corporate Jih@d' 1. Radicalisation via WhatsApp groups to spread I$£am. 2. Grooming modus operandi: Mu$£im Men from the same company build “friendships” with selected young women Hindu employees. 3. Closed Islamic grooming network: Muslim employees systematically identified the “next victim.” 4. A Special Investigation Team is now probing a wider racket and possible funding. Nashik Police are urging more victims to come forward. Question is— Is this the ONLY one-off case or it is a PATTERN carried throughout the Nation in a coordinated action? The victims here are atleast lucky that Maharashtra is run by Mahayuti Sarkar that is not going to tolerate any kind of Jih@d. What if this unfortunate incident was happening in a State run by 'Secular' Parties? Forget FIR, the incident would have been blatantly denied by the State. We've already seen such cases.

Trigger Warning ⚠️ Hyderabad Old City horror where Drug-Rape Racket targetting Minor Hindu Girls from West Bengal with blessings of MIM and inaction of Police is bone chilling. Minor girls are the victims to be first lured into the gang’s network. In a documented case, a girl was invited to a "birthday party" at a Muslim girl's house and given a chocolate laced with a low dose of drugs. This girl later introduced 9other girls to the racket. There are hundreds of such girls. The dosage in the chocolates is slowly increased, hooking the young girls on drugs and creating a dependency. Once addicted, the girls are vulnerable. They are kidnapped-sometimes for days and subjected to repeated rapes by gang members like Adil alias Aziz. The gang films these horrific acts, taking pictures & videos. They use this material to blackmail the girls, forcing them into continued abuse, silence, and even demanding they bring more minor girls into the racket. When distraught parents file police complaints about missing or abused daughters, the old city police refuse to investigate. They often close the case immediately after the girl is released, usually dropped near the police station by the gang - a clear collusion between the police and the criminals. One policeman reportedly dismissed the serious complaint from parents as "all common." Majlis, is backing the drug racket. They are accused of influencing police postings in the Old City and intervening at police stations to release arrested gang members. How is it possible that the state’s intelligence system, which normally reports every small detail, is unaware or silent about a racket that has destroyed hundreds of minor lives? Is the Intelligence system being misused for political control? If the problem is ignored because it is confined to the "Old City," the drug racket will inevitably expand to other neighborhoods and homes. We demand Congress government to immediately deploy competent police officers with a free hand, unburdened by Majlis pressure, to eradicate the racket and expose the masterminds. If the State Government fails to act immediately, BJP will intervene including forming thousands of Hindu Protection Squads and organizing a march. Failure to respond immediately will force the use of Central forces in the Old City, and the Chief Minister will be held directly responsible for any resulting law and order crisis.

Among the equipment seized in this week's Phnom Penh scam raids was a Japanese-language script for impersonating customer service reps from au, one of Japan's three major mobile carriers. The scam works by calling victims and telling them their phone number has been used for fraud. From there, the script walks scammers through every possible objection, with escalating threats designed to keep victims on the line and push them toward compliance. "Should I file a report with local police?" No, that won't help. We got a request from Hokkaido Police today, contact them directly. "Should I check with my local au shop?" They won't find this number. It's illegal and will be forcibly closed. All communication services under your name will be suspended. "What if I don't comply?" Police won't be able to investigate how your personal information leaked. You can't delete the number. If there's legal liability, an investigation will be conducted against you personally. "I have nothing to do with this." Think carefully. Criminals are using your name and this phone number to commit fraud. This affects your personal rights and your future livelihood. "What if the victim hangs up?" If they hang up, the recording becomes invalid and can't be sent to Hokkaido Police as evidence in their favor. AP separately reported that fake Japanese police uniforms and IDs were also confiscated in the same raids. The phone script and the costumes are two halves of the same operation.

Attention Delhi Police We, Sewa Nyaya Utthan Foundation, have uncovered what appears to be a quackery (miracle-healing) and religious conversion network operating from West Patel Nagar area During a recent visit to a jhuggi colony in Punjabi Bagh, our team found pamphlets being distributed among Hindu residents promising miracle cure from illnesses and other problems through acceptance of "Yeshu" The pamphlets, as you can see, ask recipients to make the following declaration: "I am a born sinner. I believe that Yeshu came into this world 2,000 years ago, died for my sins, was resurrected, and is alive. I accept Him as my Saviour." The material directs residents to a centre located in West Patel Nagar During the course of our inquiry, we identified a woman named Pramila Devi, who as per locals distributes these pamphlets in the Punjabi Bagh colony We also met Sanjay, who informed us that he had attended the centre after being approached by Pramila. A pastor placed his hand on his forehead - a practice commonly known as "laying on of hands" in Charismatic cult - and was asked to accept Jesus Based on the material collected and statements recorded, we have formally submitted a complaint to the Delhi Police via email, seeking an inquiry into the activities being conducted from the West Patel Nagar centre (address provided) and the distribution of religious inducement material in the said Jhuggi colony We are seriously concerned about exploitation of vulnerable people through faith-based inducements.

An allegedly obscene video purportedly showing a serving Karnataka DGP in a compromising position inside his office has triggered a major institutional crisis and led to his suspension. K Ramachandra Rao, Director General of Police (Civil Rights Enforcement), was suspended after the video went viral on social media, prompting Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to order an immediate probe and stress that no rank is above accountability. The footage, reportedly stitched from multiple clips, appears to show the senior IPS officer with a woman or women in what authorities have described as a “compromising situation.” Officials have not confirmed the authenticity of the video, how it was recorded, or who circulated it. Rao has denied all allegations, calling the video fake and stating he has no knowledge of its origin. A formal investigation is now underway. Rao was promoted to the rank of DGP in September 2023 and took charge in October the same year. He has previously served as Inspector General of Police of the Southern Range and as Chairman and Managing Director of the Karnataka State Police Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation. The controversy has also revived scrutiny of earlier cases linked to Rao. In 2014, during his tenure as IGP, his name surfaced in a high-profile cash seizure case involving a private bus travelling from Mysuru to Calicut. Police claimed ₹20 lakh was seized, while traders alleged the actual amount was ₹2.27 crore, accusing police personnel of collusion and robbery. Though Rao denied wrongdoing, a CID inquiry reportedly flagged serious lapses, with senior officers later stating there was a “great degree of lapse” on his part after it emerged that policemen, including his gunman, were allegedly involved. More recently, Rao faced public scrutiny following the arrest of his stepdaughter, Kannada actor Ranya Rao, in a gold smuggling case. She was arrested by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence at Bengaluru airport after allegedly attempting to smuggle more than 14 kg of gold from Dubai, worth over ₹12 crore. Investigators alleged she had made multiple foreign trips and was part of a larger smuggling network. Gold jewellery and cash were also reportedly recovered during searches. Rao publicly distanced himself from the case, stating he had no prior knowledge of her activities and that the law should take its course. With multiple controversies now converging, the case has sparked a wider debate on ethics, oversight, and institutional credibility at the highest levels of Karnataka’s police leadership, as investigations continue on multiple fronts.

23 Students Booked as Ragging Incident Turns Violent at Devanahalli College,3 arrested Bengaluru The Devanahalli Police of #Bengaluru North East Division have registered a FIR against 23 senior students of #Akash Group of Institutions following a violent #ragging incident that escalated into a targeted assault and robbery. The FIR, filed on January 16, 2026, highlights a series of harrowing events that began as campus bullying and ended in a street-side brawl involving weapons. The ordeal began on January 14, 2026, when senior students from the MIT, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Diploma departments began terrorizing first-year BBA and BCA students. According to the complaint filed by Midhun Madhavan, the college's Admission Head, the seniors allegedly forced juniors to buy cigarettes and alcohol, carry their books, and follow arbitrary commands under the guise of campus "tradition". On the evening of January 15, around 5:00 pm, the harassment turned physical when seniors allegedly assaulted students Sushil Kumar and Harikrishna for failing to comply with demands. When Mr. Madhavan and a group of five students attempted to confront the seniors at a "Tea Hut" near Baichapura Road at 9:00 pm to resolve the matter, the situation turned explosive. Instead of a resolution, the seniors, allegedly joined by local outsiders, launched a coordinated attack. The mob used iron rods, wooden sticks, and stones to beat the staff member and the junior students. During the chaos, the primary accused, Bilal (A1), allegedly robbed a student named Krishnajeet of a gold chain weighing approximately 32 grams. A car belonging to one of the victims was also vandalized during the assault. The police have registered case under sections 115(2), 118(1) and 351(2). Additionally, charges were filed under Sections 116 and 137 of the Karnataka Education Act 1983, which specifically address the prohibition and penalty for ragging. Based on the complaint, police have booked Bilal, Ziril, Mishal, Arjun, Antony, Edrin, Saran, Adman, Noel, Baishudhen, Afail, Shiyas, Nishad, Junaid, Jainel, Shameel, Shanni, Shuhaib, Binto, Sabith, Adithyaraj, Mubashir,Naveen and others. Three Accused Bilal, Noushad and Afsal, all students aged between 21 and 22, have been placed under arrest. Police officials confirmed that the trio has been remanded to judicial custody, while efforts are underway to trace the remaining accused. The victims, including Midhun Madhavan, Krishnajeet and several others, sustained various minor injuries.

“*Police Extortion Ring in Jaman North—Video Proof of Wrongful Arrest and Systemic Corruption* Dear Crime Check TV, I am submitting this urgent complaint along with undeniable video and photographic evidence that exposes a large-scale police extortion ring operating within the Jaman North Police Command. This is not an isolated incident; it is a systemic betrayal of public trust led by senior officers. I was recently stopped by officers for a minor motorcycle helmet issue. Instead of following the law, they immediately demanded cash (extortion). When I insisted on a legal receipt and photographed the officer taking the money, I was met with aggression, intoxicated backup officers, and was subsequently wrongfully arrested and detained. Systemic Corruption Exposed While in custody, I witnessed firsthand how deep this corruption runs: • Leadership Involvement: The Crime Officer and other high-ranking leaders are directing junior officers to set up illegal checkpoints across Jaman North. • Targeting the Poor: The purpose of these checkpoints is not crime prevention, but pure extortion from poor citizens—including those taking family members to the hospital or going to their farms. • Sharing the Profits: The junior officers are required to return to the station and render financial accounts to the senior leadership, who then take their cut of the illegal proceeds. The attached evidence clearly identifies the officer who arrested me and visually documents these illegal activities. I urge Crime Check TV to use its powerful platform to expose this criminal cabal immediately, secure a full, independent investigation, and demand the immediate firing of all complicit officers and leaders. The people of Jaman North need justice. Thank you for your urgent attention.” Credit: Crime Check TV

BREAKING🚨🚨: Ogun State Police dismantles Child Trafficking Syndicate: 7 Children rescued, 5 principal suspects arrested, ₦1.5million per baby sales racket exposed. Full Report: The Ogun State Police Command has successfully dismantled an organized child trafficking and illegal surrogacy syndicate operating under the guise of an orphanage facility. This breakthrough was achieved by the Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the State Criminal Investigation Department following the transfer of the case from Idanyin Divisional Headquarters. In the course of the operation, 7 children were rescued and 5 principal suspects were arrested, exposing a planned sale of babies at the rate of ₦1.5 million per child. The case began on 28th November, 2025, when one Amara reported the abduction of her six-year-old son, Samuel Honesty, at Idanyin Divisional Headquarters in the Agbara area of Ogun State. Preliminary investigations led to the arrest and prosecution of Chioma Honest and Praise Honesty for suspected foul play. Following the report, the case was transferred to the SCID for in-depth investigation. On 21st January, 2026, the abducted child was dropped at Gowon Police Station, Lagos State, where he stated that he had been taken to Joyful Kids Orphanage, Badagry, and identified Madam Joy as the operator of the facility. Acting on this intelligence, operatives conducted a coordinated operation at the orphanage, rescuing six additional children and bringing the total number of rescued minors to seven. The rescued children include Ramsey Chiedozie (8 years), Rafael Rofiu (6 years), Kazeem Chiedozie (6 years), Segun Uthman (9 years), Ola Abdulhakeem Abdulrasheed (9 years), David Oyelese (9 years), and Samuel Honesty (6 years). We wish to emphasize that Samuel Honesty has been safely and happily reunited with his mother, Amara, bringing closure to a traumatic experience and restoring the family unit. During the operation, two pregnant young women, Tanimola Martins (18 years) and Favour Martins (18 years), were discovered within the facility. They confessed that they were recruited to carry pregnancies with the intention of selling their babies to pre-arranged buyers upon delivery, at a fee of ₦1.5 million per child, facilitated by the orphanage operator. The principal suspect, Joy Chiedozie (36 years), also known as Madam Joy, was arrested at the orphanage. She confessed to purchasing the abducted child for ₦1.5 million, paying ₦900,000 in cash and ₦600,000 via bank transfer to a woman known as Kelly, and subsequently selling the child to one Mr. Emmanuel, who is currently at large. Further investigation revealed that Yusuf Adebowale (31 years), the orphanage driver, also acted as an uncertified surrogate agent, facilitating illegal surrogacy arrangements and connecting pregnant girls with prospective buyers. Other suspects arrested include Martins Favour (18 years), Tanimola Martins (18 years), and Rachael Chiedozie (16 years). The other six rescued children have been formally handed over to the Ogun State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development for protective custody, welfare assessment, and family tracing. Investigations are ongoing to apprehend Mr. Emmanuel and other buyers in the trafficking network, trace Kelly and the financial transactions, identify additional victims and accomplices, and dismantle the wider child trafficking syndicate. The Ogun State Police Command reiterates its zero tolerance for child trafficking, illegal adoption, and exploitation of vulnerable children and young women. Members of the public are urged to report suspicious orphanage operations, illegal adoption practices, and human trafficking activities to the nearest police station. The Command remains committed to safeguarding lives, protecting vulnerable citizens, and upholding the rule of law. 📢TURKEY'S TARGETING OF CHILDREN UNDER THE GUISE OF THE FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM WAS RAISED AT OSCE. ▶️Our representative Coşkun Yorulmaz spoke on behalf of Solidarity With OTHERS at the Human Dimension Conference 2024, which is organized every year by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and attended by high-level bureaucrats from member states. ▶️In the speech, the unjust detentions of thousands of people and the case including 15 children, which was held on September 23-27, were mentioned. International organizations and human rights defenders were requested to follow the hearings in December. OSCE OSCE/ODIHR "According to the Turkish government figures, as of July of this year, over seven hundred thousand individuals have been investigated under the country’s anti-terrorism legislation. More than three hundred thousand people have been taken into police custody and at least a hundred thousand people have been imprisoned. On the other hand, between 2015 and 2021, more than fifteen thousand children under the age of 18 have been prosecuted for terrorism-related offences. Mass arrests still continue. On May the fourteenth earlier this year, more than five hundred people were arrested in a single day as part of a nationwide police operation. The extent of Turkiye’s abuse of its anti-terror laws continues to draw criticism from international human rights bodies. The UN's Working Group on Arbitrary Detention expressed deep concern that the widespread and systematic targeting of individuals for their alleged links to the Gülen Movement could amount to crime against humanity. The European Court of Human Rights has, on the other hand, consistently found that Turkiye's application of its anti-terror laws was overly broad and allowed arbitrary prosecution of individuals without evidence which linked them to any armed conduct. We as human rights lawyers unfortunately observe an emerging trend in Turkiye where children of people who have previously been prosecuted under anti-terror laws are also being targeted. In May earlier this year, the Istanbul Police in separate operations arrested forty individuals including fifteen minors, aged between thirteen and seventeen for being members of an armed terrorist organisation. The children later complained about being interrogated in the absence of their lawyers or a psychologist, being constantly threatened and verbally abused during interrogations, being denied food although they were kept in police custody for nearly 24 hours. They also noted that they were pressured to testify against their own parents. Their case was heard by an assize court in Istanbul last week. The evidence against the children include nothing but social conduct such as meeting in each others’ homes to study together, going to shopping malls together and strangely enough playing bowling together. All of these innocent social conduct were recorded by police surveillance teams and presented to the court as recruitment activity. The next court hearing of the children will be held in Istanbul in December in a couple of months. The Turkish authorities should perhaps take it as an opportunity to show to the international organisations to which it is a member and of course to the world at large that the rule of law still prevails within its borders. On the other hand, we urge OSCE and its member states to monitor the said proceedings closely. We also ask our fellow human rights defenders to offer their support to the defendants and their lawyers. I thank you."
