Adam Parkhomenko’s wife, Ally Sammarco, says Swalwell would go on runs in her neighborhood and tell her to come downstairs. She also says Swalwell would send her inappropriate messages and photos on Snapchat. Sammarco’s husband is threatening a lawsuit against Swalwell if he makes a single statement that disparages his wife. “But if Eric Swalwell or his attorney makes a single statement that disparages my wife, I will be filing a lawsuit against him,” Parkhomenko said. “I’ve already made clear that if he believes anything I’ve said is untrue, he should sue me immediately.”

But guys, not only did he get caught paying from his campaign funds nearly $300,000 to his wife for watching their own child, but he actually submitted a written request to the FEC before he did this, asking if that was legal. And the FEC replied, no, that's a crime. And he did it anyway. On top of that, he actually asked the FEC whether or not he could buy a suite for the Washington Nationals from his campaign funds. And again, they told him no in writing and he fucking did it anyway, spending tens of thousands of dollars on it of campaign funds.
