Based on the comments on my last video, I feel the need to keep telling this history lesson: The “myth” or idea about the growth plate stunting growth comes from a 1950s Chinese study examining why children working in a mine in a remote area of China were shorter...

The idea that lifting weights will stunt a child’s growth is actually a myth that for some reason started and spread after a mid 1900s Chinese study to find out why child laborers on a mine in a remote region of China were on average signifigently shorter than their peers. The hypothesis was that it was due to carrying heavy loads out of the mines. However, the technology at the time could not confirm that as the cause, and the study was deemed inconclusive because they couldn’t tell if the cause was in fact the loads or if it was due to malnourishment due to the remote area in China, and all the time spent in the mines. Fast forward to 1999, Dr Avery Faigenbaum relooked at the issue this time studying a group of pre-pubescent children participating in resistance training vs a control group (Faigenbaum et al. 1999). Using modern technology )I believe he used MRIs) he found that the bone density was actually thicker in the trained group vs the control group, with no damage or negative impact on growth plates. Several hundred follow up studies have been done in the close to 25 years since and have all confirmed Faigenbaum’s findings. Resistance training (which includes weight training) causes bone density increases with no risk to growth plates. As such, even the American Association of Pediatrics as well as many other orgs such as National Strength & Conditioning Association and National Academy of Sports Medicine all encourage youth resistance training under qualified supervision. Links to a few recent scientific papers & position statements supporting the benefits to resistance training for youth (and debunking the stunting growth myth) This on shows the cognitive benefits caused by resistance training in youth athletes :

First off, thank you for such great support so far. The book was #1 in Poverty Studies (Amazon) and even got to the low thousands in Fiction and Literature 😊👍 which I got a kick out of...nice to have a book that isn't in the trillion ranking... I'll be continuing to promote this book as it's still new but it's fun to get back to work on the Quitturz. I hope to have that out in maybe three months. As usual, I'll be working on more than one book so I'll also be assembling Book 2 of the Al and Ivy series. That one will have more insight into the mental health issue, larger camps, and have much more Ivy as she became especially important as the series progresses. On The Road With Al & Ivy: Book One: Becoming A Face is now live on Kindle Unlimited and will be .99 until July 30th. Link: Note: The book is a realistic depiction of the scene, so it's 18+ Also the Anthology is priced at .99 for now. Book 1 Overview On The Road With Al & Ivy is a planned trilogy of novels that are loosely based on the author's life in the San Francisco Bay homeless scene in 2016. His travels took him and Ivy to Northern California, Marin County, San Francisco, East Bay, Silicon Valley, Gilroy, Monterrey Peninsula, and Fresno. The On The Road With Al & Ivy novels are about a group of people in 2016, with all of their virtues and flaws, dealing with a catastrophic situation with resilience and making both good and bad choices to survive. The novel depicts various subcultures and situations that are rarely covered in the media and gives the reader a realistic picture of the homeless population. That means everything, from the violence and drug use that's often sensationalized in the media, back stories that humanize the stereotypes, the sense of community as strong as any in the mainstream, and even the rough sense of humor that many have about their situation. The author's main intent is to put a human face on the homeless population. It's always been there and Book 1 begins that process. #BookTwitter #kindleunlimited #homeless #shitzu #books #siliconvalley #fiction #Blogs

So, my opinion on what the Antarctic (Antarctica) Anomaly is that it's a type of frequency technology. It must be way more powerful than HAARP, as many have claimed it to be, because we would see these anomalies at other HAARP sites, and we don't, not like this. With that said, and I'm very much trying to avoid letting what I want it to be not play a part here, I think it is a technology that is being used either off the coast of Antarctica itself or Bouvet Island. A third possibility is an area just to the northwest of the island that looks odd. It's possible it is a sonar scan from a ship, but why in that remote location? It looks like an antenna set up or rows of something that is out of place. I also believe that the weather events and fires that have taken place in Africa could possibly have been because of this. Each time we saw the anomaly, it was followed by a destructive weather event in Africa. A weird connection to that is we have been told and warned of a very busy 2024 Atlantic hurricane season. This is in part because of the above-average Atlantic ocean temperatures, which is the fuel to Hurricanes. With all this info, it's possible to see how the Anomaly could be a frequency tech that can manipulate or create weather, And or WARM up the Ocean temps to purposely enhance the Hurricane season and Storm growth. Keep in mind that many of our hurricanes and many of the biggest hurricanes have come from the west coast of Africa and form over the Cape Verde islands before heading towards the Caribbean and the United States. This is all of course speculation, and I'm learning many new things every day, so this idea may morph over time as we learn more. In the end, it is very hard to ignore all these findings. #antarctica #anonaly #AntarcticaAnomaly #BouvetIsland

👽👹🪽👁️🪽 “Aliens are Demons” is a Collins Elite talking point - which is a shadowy government group lead by Peter Thiel Donald Barr ex CIA & Collins Elite member hired Epstein in the 1970s as a college dropout to be a University professor… The Collins Elite is a term that refers to an alleged secretive, unofficial group within the U.S. government (primarily involving military, intelligence, and defense personnel) that believes UFOs and associated "alien" phenomena are not extraterrestrial in origin, but demonic or satanic in nature. The concept first gained widespread attention through British UFO researcher Nick Redfern’s 2010 book *Final Events and the Secret Government Group on Demonic UFOs and the Afterlife*. According to Redfern (who claims to have spoken with multiple anonymous sources, including a purported former member), the group reportedly formed in the early 1950s (possibly as early as the late 1940s) in response to: - The post-WWII UFO wave (starting with Kenneth Arnold's 1947 sighting and the Roswell incident). - Connections they perceived between occult activities and UFOs, particularly the rituals of Aleister Crowley and JPL co-founder Jack Parsons (whose "Babalon Working" ceremonies in the 1940s were believed by the group to have opened portals allowing demonic entities into our world). The group's core belief is that what people interpret as aliens, abductions, or advanced craft are actually deceptive demons/fallen angels - minions of Satan — whose goal is to deceive humanity, harvest souls, promote anti-Christian ideologies (like transhumanism), and pave the way for Armageddon and Judgment Day. They reportedly viewed contact with or study of these "non-human entities" (NHEs) as spiritually dangerous and advocated against disclosure or engagement. The CIA and the US Army used taxpayer money in 1952 to study demonology & UFOs to carry on the work of Jack Parsons which is the inception of the Collins Eite: ""We were asked-this was people like me, a couple of G-2 [Army Intelligence] boys, two fellows from Naval Intelligence, several of the Air Force fellows in on the early Parsons thing at Wright, and a few more—if we would look at running an op to continue where the old Parsons project stopped. We were ready for it because of the interest that had come with watching [Parsons]-but a bit amazed the Pentagon was ready to fund what was, really, a study on if the disks had devil beginnings. "And this is exactly why it was all kept so secret in the beginning. Everyone-particular the Pentagon boys-knew the hammer was going to come down on all this if Congress found out good U.S. dollars were being used to pay for [a study of] demonology and flying saucers. Maybe a little more mundane than you might want to hear. But that really was the first reason for the secrecy with us: not a big conspiracy about what we were doing, but a lot of anger and probably a hell of a lot of ridicule that would come tumbling out if anyone else found out." -Redfern

Last week we introduced Kenji to the button that initiates a video call to an emergency contact. Because he already knows to push buttons, he only needed to learn that it was a paw push not a nose push, and the cue "FaceTime". Today he had his second training session and we moved the button into the living room where it will be used, and he immediately went and pushed it when cued. Then we started to add distance. We did a few runs from within the living room, then a few from the kitchen, and finally a few from the back porch. He did it every single time. Young dogs learn very quickly. We kept the session short and just did a few repetitions at the furthest distance. It's tempting to go further away or into a different room, but it's better to leave that for the next session. Overtraining can take the fun out of it for the dog. Yes, they need to get lots of repetitions in for a behavior to become precise and reliable, but we want to keep it enjoyable and not increase difficulty too quickly. If he's already done several repetitions from a distance and then we ask him to do it from a room further away, then we run the risk of him losing interest in the activity and becoming more interested in some of the distractions he passes along the way. Like his bone and a toy box. When training a new skill, the dog needs lots of wins. It's far better for us to end the session where we did, rather than move to the bedroom and have him decide to stop and check out his bone on his way to the button. In a day or so we will do another session with him doing it once from the living room, a couple of fast repetitions from the back porch with exciting rewards, and then increase the difficulty while he's highly motivated. The session after that we will probably hook it up and introduce the sounds that it makes. He's doing awesome at this. It's not surprising. We know that there's more in his giant noggin than just marshmallows. Even if he's still hoping that button let's him video chat with Pizza Hut. 🎥 Kenji being awesome #Rottweiler #PuppyTraining #KenjiChaos
