I called an angry customer! I keep doing surprise customer calls for every product that we build at Only What's Needed by Food Pharmer. In the early calls I did, I used to reveal its Food Pharmer, and then people used to just praise the product. Now, I don’t reveal it’s me till the very end of the call because I want to hear the real feedback even when it’s negative. Negative feedback matters more to us than positive feedback. That’s how we improve. Even when someone shares something positive, I still try to understand what could be better, in taste, texture, packaging. We’re not building Only What’s Needed just for you, but with you. So any feedback you have to share, we’re always listening.

NS Rb: Thank you for remembering that it's been six years. Right now, this feels like the best day of my life. Starting all the way back from the VALORANT beta in 2020, I think I always viewed myself more as someone who was still learning. Honestly, I never really thought of myself as someone who could just guarantee that I was a great player. So from the members I played with starting in Vision Strikers through DRX up until 2023, I think I spent those three years learning. Then through that learning, when I went to TEC in VCT CN, I thought a lot about how to use what I had learned, not just in-game but also more broadly in life. And that eventually brought me here to Nongshim and to this moment. In the end, though, the result came down to learning, studying, teammates covering for one another, and most importantly, as obvious as it sounds, hard work. (via EndPoem)

kimi: im a person that tries to bring positive energy to whoever i’m talking with or having a relationship with because it's just who i am. there will be time that, a more difficult time that maybe i may be a bit more serious, but i always try to to stay positive even after the difficult weekend in Barcelona. when we had the issue, i didn't want to show too much negativity to the team. instead, i still try to to be positive and already moving the focus forward, its not the time to get bogged down for one bad weekends when you have so many coming up [..] i try to bring good energy in the team, try to joke with the team, include everyone. mechanics, engineers, also people from catering to making them feel appreciated of everything they do. oh sweet little guy

#MiamiGP 🇺🇸 | Lewis Hamilton post qualifying, says the team managed to sort out the software issue he had: “Yea, the car was much better in qualifying. I don’t think we had any power issues. That was the best that has been this weekend. We changed the car and I was much much happier. I wish I had started the weekend with that balance. Q2 was looking really solid and then when I got to Q3. I just struggled to extract the most from it.”

Too many people still think I made it up - I really wish it had been fake, or a prank. It wasn't. I still have nightmares. I was terrified, even thought I was going to die that night, but I survived. Postiz is on $135k MRR. But it was not always like that. I had to find many "ways" to get people in. I managed to get Postiz from 6k to 12k in one month! just before my daughter was born. It was a huge success! Since I was in the most flooded market out there (social media schedulers), I had to find a way to access new people that my competitors don't sell to. To do that, I had to find the channel to access them. And no, it was not X. Actually, you would not believe what the channel was. I talked about the channel and the psychology that goes behind it.

One year ago, I was about to go to sleep but was looking at my phone when I started seeing photos of Anas Al Sharif. Like so many millions of people, I had been watching him report from Gaza. Every time I saw his posts, I felt relief that he was still alive and still fighting to share with the world the horrors of the terrorist state’s ge@@@@ide. We had seen so many journalists hunted and murdered so many brave young men and women, and I prayed often that he would not be one of them. I had seen the videos and photos of the joy in his face when he reunited with his small children, I remember him and his fellow journalist who had since been killed celebrating the first “cease-fire” and I wanted to believe that there would be more to celebrate for him and journalists like him. Seeing the photos, I knew what they meant. When I saw that Anas had been killed, I burst into tears. I think of his children often. I think of his courage and I think of so many people who call themselves “journalists” who are just scribes for empire and megalomaniacs. He entrusted us with his beloved homeland, what have we done?

And on top of that, when we started touring, it was 2021, so it was kind of like still depths of the pandemic. We were like one of the first tours to go back out. So I think that tour started in that way where it was like, I was really bubbled up even kind of within the tour. And then staying on that tour, we put an album out and it ended up being like two and a half years type time. It's just a long time to be in like a bubble where you're not really spending that much time like in the world around you, other than shows and hotels and stuff. And when I finished, I kind of went off and was spending a lot of time in Italy, and was kind of like having this quiet time, and I was just feeling a lot of my life as I was kind of like, craving like quiet and kind of like private spaces. I was just feeling myself kind of like shut out a lot of the world, “I think, and I think the last couple of years for me was about, you know, there's a lot of things that I think I got used to saying no to, like invites from friends and like maybe a weekend trip or like a birthday party or something. I think I just got used to, you know, if I have a week at home, I don't want to go somewhere else for three days. I just want to stay home, you know. And I think when I got to Italy and was kind of out in this quiet place, I felt like, okay, if I'm going to spend all this time out here and I'm going to keep saying no to everything, I'm just going to like shut myself off from the world.
